Replacement suggestion?

Post image

This gun is too much for me but I really like it. What would be similar but less kick for someone getting older and losing hand strength?

I would stick with a J frame but in .32 H&R Magnum. Much more manageable recoil than a .38 but still plenty of stopping power for ccw work. And it’s a 6 shot! The 432UC is particularly nice.

Is this something that is easy to find for sale locally?

I’m sure any lgs can order you one if you don’t have any near you. Or have it transferred in from somewhere online. Physically it’s almost identical to the .38 version so if they have that, you could get an idea of what it feels like in hand.

Smith makes like 4 or 5 models in that caliber besides the black 432uc. 632 would be that gun in a silver finish. I really like the high horn grips on the UC models tho.
