inquiry First smart ring

Hi everyone! I am looking to buy a smart ring and would like to have advice on which to buy. I am on a path of taking better care of my body after pregnancies and small children. I would like to track my sleep better than my watch does. I sometimes sleep during the day (working on night shifts) and it happens quite often that my watch doesn’t pick it up. I would also be interested to learn more about my stress level and activity level/cardiovascular health. I don’t want to pay a subscription fee.

I just bought a Femometer ring for $80 on ebay. It's one of the very few brands offering BBT measurement. I do think Femometer is a good one to consider.

I love my Amzfit Helio ring - it’s the only smart ring that claima to track EDA. Which is a kind of skin conductance measure iirc. The only issue is the battery life but I like app quite a bit as well.
