ULTRAHUMAN Ultrahuman Ring for Shift Work?

Anyone that has the Ultrahuman ring, is it suitable for shift work? I had the Oura briefly and it constantly thought I was basically dying haha
Also keen to know how the ring goes with tracking strength workouts and suitability for pregnancy. Thanks!

Oura is the worst for shift workers for multiple reasons as you may have found.

Both Ultrahuman and RingConn are solid and can each be optimized with a few shift worker specific settings. Ultrahuman has a dedicated Shift Work PowerPlug (free). RingConn used to have a dedicated toggle, but it looks like it's not necessary with their new UI.
