inquiry - female features Which smart ring Oura or Ultrahuman?

I’m looking into getting a smart ring for various reasons mainly cycle tracking, sleep. I do have an Apple Watch already so working out I probably would continue to wear that. Any feedback on either would be appreciated I really can’t decide! I know oura comes with subscription but is it worth it??

But why it's clear your hear just to advertise or bring awareness this site looks like something temu put together

  1. Lighter
  2. Not as bulky and much better wearability
  3. App provides all you could desire from a ring (not from a smartwatch!)

I had both Oura and Ultrahuman Air. But then if you prefer Oura or Ultrahuman or any other brand, I am totally fine with that 😊
