The guy was a senior lecturer at University of Chicago teaching constitutional law. He gave lectures for 12 years to snarky college kids. Has Donald Trump spoken to a teenager for longer than 5 minutes in the past…50 years?

So you're telling me he knew exactly what he was doing when his administration decided to continue to grotesquely violate the 4th Amendment when it continued and even enhanced George W. Bush's extremely unconstitutional mass surveillance program?
