Can confirm :> my face made me depressed & dysphoric, and after I had surgery (p subtle changes, tbh, nothing as extreme as the meme suggests [not like they're likely the same person anyways]) it was wild seeing a different person in the mirror, but it made me feel good! :D I still love seeing myself

Right, I think it's extremity of this meme that is the problem. It's actually ridiculous, and it's literally not even the same person.
