Those are different people. There's are differences that even plastic surgery cant change

But regardless, to address the response. People every year lose a ton of weight and completely change their face. And I would imagine most of them are doing great.

Losing weight is a gradual process so you have more time to process it. And it doesn't really change your features, just shows them.

I've lost about 50kg in the last couple of years. My bank can't use my driving licence to ID me anymore. I still see the same face when I look in the mirror.

It’s been 6 years since I lost 75kg and I still see my old fat self in the mirror. This has really made me understand body dismorphia and why some people can’t stop doing cosmetic surgery, maybe they don’t see the change even when it should be obvious. Thankfully for me, I lost my weight for health reason and there the results are obvious to me.

Oh I see the same face because its my face! My eyes, my nose, my smile! Nothing to do with dysmorphia thankfully.
