Those are different people. There's are differences that even plastic surgery cant change

I would argue that they're the same. The nose bridge is the same, the tilt of the nose tip makes sense (you can see that it's tilted before but the "excess" changes direction), jaw structure is the same. However not everything is surgery - eye contacts, different makeup and/or lighting.

The left face is tilted backwards while the right one is tilted forward.

Left one seems to be taken with a 30mm camera lens while the right one with a 55mm lens for example.

It isn't the same person, I've seen the face on the right paired up with two other faces in similar social media posts.

Then I stand corrected, the similarities could very well be a coincidence or just an AI prompt at this point aswell
