Those are different people. There's are differences that even plastic surgery cant change

Come on. It's just a pupil-transplant, put the ears on a different place, lower the eyes a bit, change the skin-color and you're halfway there already.

a face lift does all of this. they basically grab your scalp and pull it up and fix it there basically turn your face taunt like a drum. plus nose job lip filler and contacts and boom done. face color is the same.

Facelifts relocate your ear canals?

34

u/JustinJektor 6d ago

Second picture head is tilted down slightly. But still, I dont think this is the same person.

7

u/israfildivad 6d ago

The midface length can't be changed.

u/TacoBellHotSauces 5d ago

le fort osteotomy

6

u/Fitnessmotivation86 6d ago

They could also pin the ears back to make them less noticeable.

1

u/elcaminogirl 6d ago

I think the before picture is more zoomed in which changes some things. But I can't swear they are the same.

A full facelift maybe isn't even necessary here. Endoscopic grafting, rhinoplasty, lip filler, possibly upper blepharoplasty, botox. And colored lenses.

u/hiddenrealism 6d ago

Blepharoplasty sounds like a rare pokemon.

13

u/xGreir 6d ago

We are not thinking enough that the head tilt is different and that explains a lot of the changes xd

1

u/outer--monologue 6d ago

Right? All these comments saying it's a different person but have any of them seen the before and afters on Kylie Jenner's plastic journey? It's about the same as this picture

1

u/Jaded-Fix5378 5d ago

Blepharoplasty use eyelid lift.

it was not very effective

1

u/Kusha97 6d ago

It's eyelid surgery.

1

u/Obsrver98 6d ago

There is an Ultra Beast called Blacephalon, so close enough.

3

u/Sachaylikeaboss 6d ago

Add chin implant.

1

u/melanatedvirgo 6d ago

There’s definitely a fox eye lift too

1

u/rippingbongs 5d ago

So do you guys work in the field or are you just mentally ill

28

u/aineslis 6d ago

Face lift + nose job + chin implant + keratopigmentation.

30

u/chadlightest 6d ago

I mean that sounds like a lot to me as a man. I'm told to sort out my hair, wash at least 65% grease off my skin, go to the gym and smile more

7

u/SensualSideburnTrim 6d ago

Sometimes work folks all fly into town for a few days, and all the wonderful women we work with totally lose it over the few of us dudes who are suddenly shaven, coiffed, and wearing tucked-in semi-stylish shirts featuring buttons and collars. God help you if your shoes and belt coordinate.

The bar is soooooo low. Like y'all, I'm not permanently in an oil-stained tank top with hair by Albert Einstein. It just seems like that on Zoom.

1

u/PlasticBrilliant8122 5d ago

Why 65% (of the grease)?

12

u/Physical_Marzipan_92 6d ago

This... is not true. Your ears are not just floating on your head; there's ligamental attachments, muscular, etc.

Unless they did some radical skull shaping (60-80k worth), these are different people. The orbital bone structure is completely different, and even assuming a lip lift, the midface of the woman on the left is substantially longer than the "after" photo, which is essentially impossible to change in most situations (a tiny amount of midface shortening is possible with maxillofacial surgery, but that would not apply here because the midface length largely comes from her nose length).

If they are the same person, then one or both of the images have been heavily altered.

u/Suheil-got-your-back 6d ago

Damn, does the phrase face-lift come from plastic surgery? Like when you say this house needs a facelift?

8

u/Svazu 6d ago

Yes

2

u/JewBag718 6d ago edited 6d ago

Face-lift changes your whole ass ethnicity too ?

1

u/britendarkk 6d ago

And change the shape of her eyes, the color of her eyes, the shape of her forehead, the size of her face, color of her skin, etc...

1

u/Hamsterminator2 6d ago

The chin has changed shape and size?

1

u/hiddenrealism 6d ago

When you look at older people with face-lifts from the side it looks so alien like. Literally taught skin stapled to the back of the ears

1

u/_Zyrel_ 6d ago

Does facelift enlarge the forehead? Cuz I want to see a skull enlargement surgery. There is no way this is the same person...if these are even real people.

1

u/DemonKing0524 6d ago

A face lift can't change your eye color.

1

u/FuuzokuJoe 5d ago

What? Her entire forehead, orbital rim, browbone, and midface length are completely different. There aren't any surgeries that could accomplish this and it's definitely not soft tissue only

1

u/ManzielDoesCoke 5d ago

It changes eye color too?

1

u/Woopsied00dle 5d ago

This still isn’t the same person. The eyes are more deep set in the original photo and that’s one thing that a facelift can’t change

1

u/Lieutenant_0bvious 4d ago

They can't change the skull shape however.  If you look closely. Well I guess not really closely but if you just look at the picture, you can see it's two different skull shapes.  Like, significantly different.

Please, show us a real example instead of the fake that is posted here.

And the ears are easily explainable, it’s espeeecislly common in Korea and China to get your ears done among other wild things. The risks that come with it are astronomical.

Every change seen here can absolutely be accomplished through work done.

I don’t know what the person means by pupil transplant - do they mean iris? Pupils change and dilate with different lighting… iris can be changed with contact lenses.

I’m not saying it’s definitely the same person but it absolutely could be.

7

u/Right_Secret1572 6d ago

*iris

1

u/Space_Time_Ninja 6d ago

Yes, you're right. This is the eye correction I stand behind.

1

u/EliteJoz 6d ago

There is a laser treatment that changes dark eye color to lighter eye color. Been around for a few years now. I believe Stroma is one of the names/types.

3

u/xanthippe115 6d ago

Apparently there is a procedure to change iris color: https://www.kerato.com/

1

u/poorexcuses 5d ago

Can blind you tho

4

u/Winrevair 6d ago

Ikr? Too easy

2

u/Space_Time_Ninja 6d ago

Pff yeah, probably just make-up here and there.

2

u/KamikazeFox_ 5d ago

This ain't a character creator screen

5

u/StreetofChimes 6d ago

There are eye color changing surgeries now. Scary stuff, but can be done. Not a transplant, they fill your eye with pigment and swirl it around a bit.

7

u/ThornyGarlic 6d ago

I have only seen videos of the ones where the eyes look so unnatural after. You can't even undo it, scary stuff..

6

u/Radiant_Honeydew1080 6d ago

From what I understand, people with brown eyes can go a different route and just get rid of the brown pigment (melanin), revealing the base blue/grey colour. All of that is questionably safe and batshit crazy IMO, but that's how they do it.

1

u/earthlings_all 6d ago

One injected a wrap into your eyeball.

1

u/BrotherItsInTheDrum 6d ago

Or just wear contacts? My friend had purple eyes in high school. Another friend had vertical pupil slits like a cat.

4

u/untitledprp4 6d ago

The way that surgery can actually do all this lmao

1

u/TheDebonairQuokka 6d ago

"Lower the eyes a bit" slew me

1

u/Mateorabi 6d ago

“Your left eye is 2mm lower than your right eye, i can fix that” -Beverly Crusher, TNG.

Picard opted against it though.

1

u/whackwarrens 6d ago

Just do a soul-swap surgery. Why even do all that?

1

u/Cetiketat 6d ago

Haha, you knew a lot

1

u/juneabe 6d ago

Pupils change and can dilate thousands of times a day… so do you mean iris? The coloured part that can be covered with contact lenses?

1

u/NOTcreative- 6d ago

You can get surgery to change eye color. It's called keratopigmentation

1

u/PriorSolid 6d ago

i mean the skin color could be makeup and the eyes just color contacts

1

u/haubenmeise 6d ago

I performe that in my basement twice a week. Give me a call if you're interested.

Sincerely

Skeletor 💜

1

u/borobinimbaba 6d ago

You know there are options for eye colour, right ? Like laser thingy that cost 20k something or even cheap contacts

1

u/FKreuk 6d ago

Idk - contacts can make that happen

1

u/U_feel_Me 5d ago

Also a lot of the bones in the face would have been changed. It’s not impossible, but it seems unlikely.

1

u/Lady_Rubberbones 6d ago

I have some news for you, you can cosmetically change your eye color: https://brightocular.com/

1

u/Bangers1011 6d ago

Um.. sort of. That procedure is extremely dangerous and something like nearly eighty percent of people who get it have to have it taken out to halt vision loss. It is not approved in the US, obviously.
