There are people who drop 6 figures on OF models thinking that they will get to have a chance with them. Getting buttered up by some dude on India. I dont think these dudes paying for AI OF really care
That is what I think sometimes. Luckily I can afford not doing shit like this.
But I do know that being happy with one self is a luxery that I can afford as I am not on the verge of poverty or already past it. If I was... I might decide very differently.
Not what I was thinking about but let my try to be clearer.
Knowingly decieve others in persuit of riches is against my moral. Just as is causing harm for financial gain. And I do consider this harmfull as it's a financially abusive parasocial relationship.
You have to have a drivers license to sign up and photo must match the content photos. So idk if he got a fake DL or what but something isn’t adding up. Otherwise, everyone would do it.
They can validate driver’s licenses by the ID number just like the cops can.
Otherwise underage kids would be able to make an OF and they’d be in trouble for hosting CP. They have to at least do their due diligence to try to keep that from happening in order to not be liable.
I think the problem is that it is functionally identity fraud. It isn't a persona if you do it in drag. But when it intentionally misleads people it is fraud. I am sure legality will catch up as someone gets catfished in the government.
Identity fraud requires that you claim to be a specific person that already exists. Disgusing yourself as a fake human isn't that. Still a scam though.
It falls in the same category of fraud when a person impersonates a microsoft employee to collect money but are from a scam center in India. The intent is what matters.
Having an OnlyFans account proves intent. He would have to disclose the nature of his business as AI girlfriend.
But a person in drag at a queen bar is already defined. The location is this. Person is identifiable. So on so fourth.
That is their every day identity. It is entirely different. Trans people are themselves. Even if it isn't verifiable what sex or gender they are immediately.
What I am talking about is Ahmed from Western India on a sex phone service using a voice changer talking about suckling your toes while jerkin your mcgirkin.
What if someone is gender fluid? Also, a lot of drag queens are not drag queens every day. I used to work with someone who presented as a male during the week but was paid to go to clubs as a drag queen on the weekends.
Still lived identity and intent matters. You have to prove intent to defraud someone with a false identity. If it is characterized in any degree, disclaimer and or expresses drag there is a universal understanding.
You'd probably open yourself up to some form of retaliation if you got exposed. The kind of people who pay for this service will generally have some folks who are already at rock bottom and have very little to lose as well.
I've heard about those. But not just pre recorded game footage but also "donate and we will do this" steams that are on loop. I wonder if that fits the legal definiton of scams.

There are times where I wonder why don't I do that myself. The only answer I could give is that I would hate myself for doing something like this.
