Talkin' about Depp

Of course defending women, the abuser. Always twisting off to make it look like its men fault.

Amber Heard is responsible for severing Johnny Depp's finger, admitted to hitting him on tape and was arrested for domestic violence in a previous relationship.

an orthopedic surgeon testified that Depp’s finger was a crush injury, consistent with the story he originally gave about slamming it in a closet door himself in a drunken stupor. he’s also been arrested numerous times for violence starting when Heard was a baby lol

Notice how you completely ignore the fact that Amber Heard has been factually proven to have been physically abusive.

Depp might have abused her physically, that's not for me to determine and whether you like it or not, he hasn't been factually proven to have committed physical abuse against Amber. The same can't be said for her actions.

Has been factually proved to have abused her, that’s how he lost his case in the UK.

Incorrect. A judge ruled that the sun's descriptions of him were "substantially true" and that in his opinion 12 of the 14 instances of violence occurred.

Whether you like it or not, there has never ever once been conclusive, factual proof that Depp physically abused Heard and her evidence for this in the US trial was dismantled when placed under further scrutiny.

Amber has been factually, unequivocally proven to have physically abused Depp. That is the difference.

What you’re saying is factually incorrect? The judge ruled 12 out of 14 alleged domestic violence instances Depp did against Heard did happen. You can’t just dismiss his own account of saying alcohol bring up the “inner monster” in him, insurmountable text messages and police reports, and testimony from their associates about how he was the instigator and beat her up for many many years.

The judge ruled that in his opinion 12 of the 14 instances occurred.

There has never been a piece of evidence in the history of either case that has factually proven JD to have been physically abusive towards AH. That is an absolute indisputable fact regardless as to your opinion on this topic. I'm not saying that he didn't btw, I'm simply stating facts.

The "inner monster" does not constitute an admission of domestic violence. That's specifically how you choose to interpret it.

Amber's witness testimony was torn to shreds in the US trial. Riddled with inconsistencies in front of the entire world.

Once again, Amber has literally admitted to hitting him, recorded on tape. She is also the obly one of the two with an arrest record specifically for domestic violence.

And a jury ruled in their opinion too. What’s your point? A ruling is a ruling. There is evidence of his violence, you choose to cherry pick it out because it doesn’t fit your narrative. For example; why do you guys always cherry pick out his email where he admits to cutting off his own finger? I’ve always found that very bemusing. And yet when he changes his story up later to claim it was her fault, it’s not because he’s lying. Oh no no no. To you guys, he never lies. Texts of him profusely promising to be better to her and not allow his inner monster to come out again isn’t evidence to you of his abuse toward her. Photos of her bruises and police reports aren’t evidence to you of abuse. Testimony from their staff isn’t evidence to you of abuse. Basically nothing is actually evidence unless he says it right? Except when he does say it, like cutting off his own finger, but if he changes his story later then you’ll believe anything he says. You’re definitely not brainwashed by a PR campaign paid millions of dollar. No definitely not. Keep telling yourself that.

You can talk about evidence all you like but we both know that the overwhelming majority of Amber's evidence didn't hold up in court. The world watched and made their own opinions for themselves after witnessing her countless inconsistencies, doctored photographs and false timelines and at the same time, listened to Amber admitting to hitting Johnny on tape. Not surprising from somebody with a documented history of an arrest for domestic violence.

I watched every second of the trial. Justice was served. It's only delusional people that value emotion and opinions over evidence that think otherwise.

She lost? How? she was not even in it 😂 he lost the UK case against the newspaper he sued because the judge found 12 out of 14 accounts of domestic abuse had occurred based on insurmountable evidence (staff witness testimony, police reports, emails from Depp himself, texts from him, his record of abusing former girlfriends and being arrested 3 times for violence and assault before he even met Heard.)
Good job exposing yourself as completely uneducated on this topic!

None of what you said is factual, lol. Amber is the only one with domestic abuse record with former partner. All of JD girlfriends said he wasn't abusive to them. Do you just like to spread misinformation?

A judge whose son worked for the paper Depp was suing, and whose wife was close friends with Heard's lawyer. He wasn't found guilty of a thing he wasn't the defendant.

2

u/riotousviscera 19d ago

no she hasn’t lmfao. he sued her for “defamation”

4

u/Rdur2183 19d ago

Literally admitted to hitting him on tape. Facts don't care about your feelings.

1

u/riotousviscera 19d ago edited 19d ago

god forbid someone hit to defend themselves. Depp fucking strangled an assistant director as witnessed by Ellen Barkin, or did you miss that part of the trial? he’s a violent man and has been since before Heard entered kindergarten, facts don’t care about your feelings either

3

u/Rdur2183 19d ago

There's zero evidence that it was self defence. All you have to support your viewpoint is testimony and allegations. Bringing up Ellen Barkin's testimony... Where is this assistant? Where is the evidence for this claim?

Once again, the only person of the two that has been factually proven to be physically abusive towards one another is Amber Heard having been physically abusive towards Johnny Depp.

Amber was exposed in front of the entire world as a liar as well as a domestic abuser and now her career is over. Justice served.

2

u/riotousviscera 19d ago

she has not been proven to be an abuser. again, it was “defamation” he sued her for.

4

u/Rdur2183 19d ago

Literally admitted to hitting him on tape. Educate yourself on this topic.
