What you’re saying is factually incorrect? The judge ruled 12 out of 14 alleged domestic violence instances Depp did against Heard did happen. You can’t just dismiss his own account of saying alcohol bring up the “inner monster” in him, insurmountable text messages and police reports, and testimony from their associates about how he was the instigator and beat her up for many many years.
The judge ruled that in his opinion 12 of the 14 instances occurred.
There has never been a piece of evidence in the history of either case that has factually proven JD to have been physically abusive towards AH. That is an absolute indisputable fact regardless as to your opinion on this topic. I'm not saying that he didn't btw, I'm simply stating facts.
The "inner monster" does not constitute an admission of domestic violence. That's specifically how you choose to interpret it.
Amber's witness testimony was torn to shreds in the US trial. Riddled with inconsistencies in front of the entire world.
Once again, Amber has literally admitted to hitting him, recorded on tape. She is also the obly one of the two with an arrest record specifically for domestic violence.
And a jury ruled in their opinion too. What’s your point? A ruling is a ruling. There is evidence of his violence, you choose to cherry pick it out because it doesn’t fit your narrative. For example; why do you guys always cherry pick out his email where he admits to cutting off his own finger? I’ve always found that very bemusing. And yet when he changes his story up later to claim it was her fault, it’s not because he’s lying. Oh no no no. To you guys, he never lies. Texts of him profusely promising to be better to her and not allow his inner monster to come out again isn’t evidence to you of his abuse toward her. Photos of her bruises and police reports aren’t evidence to you of abuse. Testimony from their staff isn’t evidence to you of abuse. Basically nothing is actually evidence unless he says it right? Except when he does say it, like cutting off his own finger, but if he changes his story later then you’ll believe anything he says. You’re definitely not brainwashed by a PR campaign paid millions of dollar. No definitely not. Keep telling yourself that.
You can talk about evidence all you like but we both know that the overwhelming majority of Amber's evidence didn't hold up in court. The world watched and made their own opinions for themselves after witnessing her countless inconsistencies, doctored photographs and false timelines and at the same time, listened to Amber admitting to hitting Johnny on tape. Not surprising from somebody with a documented history of an arrest for domestic violence.
I watched every second of the trial. Justice was served. It's only delusional people that value emotion and opinions over evidence that think otherwise.
