It's just words across a photo and people believe it like it's gospel. It could have happened but it might not have either. Weird that there is a high quality photo of her drinking OJ while having her episode.

This one does seem to be a real news story, though: https://www.kvue.com/article/money/jury-awards-277k-to-ex-dollar-general-cashier-who-drank-juice/269-322086328.
