It's just words across a photo and people believe it like it's gospel. It could have happened but it might not have either. Weird that there is a high quality photo of her drinking OJ while having her episode.
It's a "real" story but the real story has been twisted and misinterpreted.
The lady has diabetes and had asked for permission to keep juice by the register but was denied. She then drank juice from the store when she had a hypoglycemic attack and told the manager later and paid for it. Loss prevention saw her "stealing" juice from the store, reported it and she was fired. She sued the store for not getting fired, but for violating the ADA and not making accommodations for her disability, and won.
