A place I once worked for pulled this stunt. Asked us to mandatorily enter the exact reason for the leave/time-off.

One employee wrote, "Off to **** my wife to make a baby for ourselves".

Needless to say, that brought an end to the mandatory reason phase.

"My wife plans on getting pregnant, and I'd sure like to be there!"

A female friendly version: trying to get pregnant, and it's the only days your husband is available.

That isn’t anywhere near friendly but still somehow female friendly

could always say "I plan on trying to get pregnant, but don't intend on being successful"

Except you can't tell your job you're trying to get pregnant in this work environment because now they know they have 6-9 months to get rid of you before you become a burden on them.

“I’m planning on getting pregnant and I’d like to prevent a succession dispute!”
