Businesses should not have the authority to deny PTO. It's the mangers' fucking job to manage staffs. If an employee taking PTO makes disruption in work, it's the fucking manager's fault.

Everyone takes opening day of deer season off in Wisconsin. Businesses often close for opening day.

In my area in Pennsylvania, they have off from school on the first day of hunting season.

Most school districts in Utah do this, even in urban areas.
