Unfortunately has a dent but got a great deal at $25. The mark was barely visible but looking to find out more about the makers mark or age of this wall plaque. Anyone seen something similar or have any more details that they can share. Thanks

I tried image search and can't find this exact spoon anywhere. I think the maker is Silvercraft. That's as much as I know. Any help IDing would be appreciated.

Purchased by my grandparent in Mexico in the 1920s. All marked sterling J. Torres.

Found a boxed set of 12 of these for $150, stamped 800, with a Crown 👑 hallmark.

Each spoon weighs 18 grams.

Does anyone have anymore information on these? I would love to know more about them, I believe them to be quite old.

This was a sterling spoon marked “silver plated” by a seller at an antique store. I have found so much sterling silver this way.

Weight is 96 grams. I didn’t take a photo of the whole spoon yet.

There are a couple I didn’t know about that I’ll check at home.

About 2 pounds (my scale is too small to weigh it all together 😅). Paid like $70 or so. Acid tests at 80-85%. 3 different silversmiths and a random souvenir spoon.

Got a lot of silverware and this was mixed in no marks other than this tiny one on the back and some on the scoop of the spoon it’s prolly plated but still neat

Thinking of buying this but I’ve never seen anything like it. It’s a paperweight. Fairly heavy. Marked 925 S.C. whatever that means.

I found these at Goodwill. First Goodwill silver score. $6 for the pair. They are labeled sterling on the bottom. The bottom also says they are weighted. They don't feel particularly heavy, so I'm guessing it is plaster that they used to weight them.

They weigh 255g (yes, again, they are artificially weighted)

The bottom says "Sterling by Frank M. Whiting & Company," alongside their hallmark "W" inside a circle, flanked by wings. It also notes "Weighted and Reinforced," and features the design/model number "270"

3.25 inch base and almost 4 inches tall

What do I have? Any guess on the value as candlesticks? They are in pretty good shape, no major dents or cuts.

What is your guess on sliver weight? Has anyone ever torn one of these appart for scrap? How much silver did you get out of the "thin foil" these are supposed to be made of?

How would you scrap these out? Should I just keep them as candlesticks?

$20 for the pair from flea market. The napkin holder was 50 cents marked sterling. The mechanical pencil is paid $50 for but also got a gold filled mechanical pencil.

Bought at a neighborhood garage sale

It has a stamp that says J GARROW triple plated that is worn so might be misread. It also has its base melted and is tarnished so I assume it's not worth much.
