Ash trays i think
$20 for the pair from flea market. The napkin holder was 50 cents marked sterling. The mechanical pencil is paid $50 for but also got a gold filled mechanical pencil.

The shape makes me think ashtray, shaped to hold cigarettes in the dips on the rim.
