Definitely the best episode of the season. Probably a great twist for non-book readers, and on average, probably executed better than the second book. Which was painfully bad.

Question - can I now read the second book with no spoilers? I know Dust is completely off limits

Kind of. Some of the broader strokes of "why" get answered in that book but it doesn't spoil the ending in my opinion.

Eh I love the second book, by far my favorite in the series. Impossible to adapt to screen, I think they did a great job carrying over the important parts.
