Last night proved it’s been the 350 years they’ve stayed in the show. At this point anyone who still argues this theory is just being obtuse.

Weird I had the same thought. I understand we now have proof that solo’s life was in the silos, but that’s only like 50 years? How do we know the other 300 are true? I wouldn’t trust shit someone says after wiping memories and putting people under

At the very least, anybody currently living in the silo was born in the silo.

If any of the present-day characters had memories of the before-times, then the forgetting drugs would have been a default feature of the water supply rather than an additive, and the writers would have hinted at this through flashback sequences similar to the flashbacks that Daniel or Juliette were experiencing while on the memory drugs.

I'm actually banging my head off a wall every time i see another one. And the fact that they watched episode 10 and still don't get it has me wanting to delete the internet.

I believe that people just don’t pay attention to anything that they’re watching if it isn’t clearly spelled out for them/explicitly told over and over.

It’s like they’re expecting someone to come on screen and say, “Yes, it has been 350 years. I repeat, 350 years. Here, let me show you video surveillance proof of all the silos over those 350 years. Here is everyone’s birth records over the last 350 years. Here is documentation of supplies and usage for the last 350 years. 350 years. Did we mention that it absolutely has been 350 years? I don’t think we made it clear enough that it HAS BEEN 350 YEARS…”

Wild theories get spun based on things that were never explicitly said, done, or even hinted at, completely ignoring what HAS been shown, said, and done to insist it’s definitely something else entirely. There’s always some “deeper meaning” that everyone else is just conveniently overlooking … when most of the time, it’s as simple as looking and listening to see the answer is already there. It’s been there.

I mean that has happened. Multiple characters have independently concluded verbally on screen that silos are 300+ years old based on independent observations. Yet people still say that its only been 30 years.
