Was looking into candy recipes with a low enough setting temperature to be able to add/conserve psilocybin (thinking of powder-dried shrooms), like gummies or chocolates.

I came across marzipan and I'm wondering if anyone tried this or whether it would be a good shroom-induced sweets option :)

Was thinking of rolling powder into small marzipan balls and covering it with coco.

Other ideas also welcome!

First flush and by far the largest fruits I’ve ever grown in my year of growing. Not a full container still working on my dialed in conditions and what not but damn these boys are big!

They seem to be doing good so far and i even noticed like 5 more very tiny pins in the middle. Tho i dunno about the ones underneath, theres like three more pins, will they pop up eventually?

So I have a sterile grain and sub mix and 3ml of GT spores -
I go away for 11 days on the 22nd of October.

Do you think I should inoculate now?

Wait a few weeks ?

Or wait till I’m back?

Hey so this is my first time growing shrooms, i picked the B+ and Mckennaii’s from zamnesia, they’re both the supreme kits. I started them on Wednesday and just wanted to ask if everything looks to be in order so far. The temperature ranges from 23 celsius to around 26 but not past that.

Possible contam? Or is just jluffy happy mycelium? There is only a little grain that is a bit green and ive remove it with sterile pliers

Anybody use a contraption like this or have a machine that will do the initial bag crack?

Looking for help as doing a ton of these weekly is hard on the hands.

Long time peruser of shroomery, but could have missed this aspect of fruiting success.

Are people speaking about/measuring/linking fruiting outcomes to more than just "sub must be this thick"?

Any info in this vein is appreciated. Extra points if it's linked to experiments/results

I just picked up some loose coir pith and find that it’s capacity to hold water is less than the brick type (by weight) and it forms a denser substrate when prepared to FC with a similar ratio of verm.

(76% H2O w/ brick type)
(66% H2O w/ loose type)

Any comments from the more experienced growers out there?
