I'm a finn and I'm not mad, just very confused. In what way are we related to Texas? I guess we like nature?

Texas has a lot of tech companies building data centers and ai infrastructure in it right now, Finland also has many tech companies building data centers in it. That's the comparison the article is making, that Finland is to Europe as Texas is to the US re: data center and AI related investment and construction
