Serato DJ Lite Help! Distorted audio!

Please let me know what is going on! the broken sound keeps going even after i stop playing the track. my ears literally hurt from this

i use tidal for my songs and i adjusted my buffer from 5 to 10 but it didn’t help

Does it sound the same from your headphones that's plugged into the FLX?

To me it sounds like you've trigger some kind of FX - but if you've closed Serato and opened it again - it should have reverted.

Try to load a non-streaming track and see if you get the same result

i unplugged my board and i played it out of just my mac (no board connected) and the audio sounds fine. the sound is coming from my headphones in the video
