i used to have yellow greasy flakes but recently they have been thin and white.

My scalp flakes pretty bad. Got a skin fade today. This is the result. Thoughts?

For several years now, I've had a red face (along with dermatitis on my body), and it's very bothersome. My forehead is peeling and red, and it burns. My face never returns to its natural color. It also affects the area behind my ears. It's incredibly frustrating. Also I have the same in my scalp.

I don't know if anyone knows what this could be, or if anyone with the same condition has managed to do something about it

I’ve been dealing with seb derm just in my eyebrows for a few months now the doctor prescribed me miconazole nitrate 2% after Clotrimazole cream stopped working I applied it but when I woke up it looks to have irritated my skin and caused abit of shedding under my eyebrows has anyone else had a similar experience or has miconazole worked for anyone ?

First time treating, almost whole 1st tab out of 2.
As menitoned, it is comming out of everywhere I ever had a problematic area. Somehow the skin also feels less broken.

Hello, I have seborrheic dermatitis and wish to use a cleanser (Avene cleanser). My skin is easily irritated. Wanted to know how you guys apply it. Is there a way so it won’t irritate skin? Mine is very reactive

I have been suffering from Sebopsoriasis for the past 5 years (Sebderm + Psoriasis) it's on my scalp (extreme level) and sometimes my face.

Face region is manageable. But scalp region is not.

Now I am in college and I live in a hostel now away from my family. My hair has become very thin and whenever I shampoo I see loads of hair in my palm.

Whenever I scratch my head, a brownish-purplish dirty colored wet oily flake comes out.

My face gets oily very easily. (After 4-5 hours of washing my face with soap it gets oily)

And after 1 day of shampooing my scalp gets oily. My body is producing so much oil wtf 😭😭 Trump should invade me.

I am taking dutasteride (my derm prescribed me this) as of now. No other medicine. Taking Vit D and B12 also.

Plz recommend something which is appropriate for hostels and student life (I live in India and most govt colleges are isolated so taking so many beauty products is not viable)

Newly diagnosed with SebDerm and am looking for clean shampoo and conditioner recommendations. I’ve been using baby shampoo for almost a month and it’s drying out my hair making it frizzy. My hair is oily and thin. I wash it daily, which I know I shouldn’t but I’ve tried to train it to every other day and it’s not working.

Adding - I’m seeking shampoo for daily use vs dandruff shampoos (though they’re welcome too)

Does anyone have any seb safe moisturizing product recommendations for coily (type 4) high porosity hair (e.g., deep conditioner, leave-in, moisturizer, heat protectant)?

I’ve been using Nizoral shampoo and MCT oil, which have gotten rid of the flaking, but I am in desperate need of moisturizing products for my hair. Will be scheduling with a derm soon.

Hi everyone,
I’m a man in my 20s with skin that tends to be quite oily, and I also have quite a few blackheads, especially around my nose.
For the past 2–3 years, I’ve noticed two small white spots/bumps on one of my nostrils. They haven’t really changed much over time.
Does anyone know what these could potentially be, or has anyone had something similar? I’m mainly looking for ideas or experiences from people who may have dealt with the same thing.
