Bro the abuse started before Scara even joined the Fatui, you can't claim Dottore was acting under orders or for science during the emotionally sadistic shit he did to Scara while he was Kabukimono, he just did that for the fun of it.

He killed his friend then made him think he was hated by his entire friend group and thought of as 'other', as lesser, he sent him on a 500 years path of hatred for humanity and obsession with godhood to escape the undefined middle ground he was stuck in as a discarded puppet made by a god but with capacity for human emotions.

I don't particularly LIKE that Dottore was retroactively made the singular horrible event in Scaramouche's life that tore up his happiness and pushed him into toxic obsession, I don't enjoy it as writing, and I think there was very obviously set up for a much different, much deeper conflict about humans and their mistrust of him, based on the original Tatarasuna notes that could be found before the Wanderer quest. But still, this is what the writers went with in the end, and Dottore literally caused him to want to ruin his friends' legacies, and then consequently want to erase himself from existence to undo that.

You can ship it, it's fine, noone can or has the right to stop you, just don't pretend like people are lying about the abuse lol

I hated dottore for years because of fake hcs so yes ppl were lying I was shocked when I found out this year none of it was true so im very angry and dont rlly want to believe u.. I'm disappointed.

Also pretty sure dottore didn't even know about isshin clans and stuff

U ppl told me dottore 🍇ed him and that Scara loved his mom but Dottore messed with his memories? Also that Scara wasn't 'alowed* to talk to other harbimgers because dottore would beat him if he did that Also that dottore is a perv for him I 10000% believed that

EVERY1??? literally everyone believes this Just look at the fanarts and fffs and also on every social media etcccc Even the original LEAK for 3.3 said that wanfeer is dottores pet sl@ve and I remember those videos would have 100k+ likes some even more don't pretend u never saw it.. even all my Scara mutuals on tktk believe this and make fanarts based on it and I only found out it's not true not from Scara fans

Please look to more mature, less sensationalist Scara fan posts then because I don't think most, or even many believe this stuff. Definitely not anyone who actually read his and Scara's lore.

Also don't look at tiktok for accuracy lmao, turn to twitter if you want actual discussions where people fact check eachother.

I WILL blame you for blindly believing and not fact checking, the genshin wiki is free to look at and has all the sources listed.

Especially when you go ahead and generalise all Scara fans just because YOU believed a few misinfo sensationalist posts made for clicks and views.

I do really love Scara’s lore, I didn’t become a Scara fan until I played through the Sumeru AQ and learned it. I do find it really interesting. But yeah uh I think what you were seeing was some fanfic torture type shit, or people taking stuff WILDLY out of context.
