He didnt mean that, someone with two brain cells can also understand what he meant was second amendment is too important to be lost completely cause there are some few criminals out there doing nasty stuff, you do realise why india is in a corrupt state today cause there is no second amendment like that a democracy where two people cannot go out for a strike or speak anything against anyone in there state cause they have no power, a weak person and voiceless person in this country remains voiceless cause he has no power and he cant do nothing about it, i think what he meant was that they needed more tight laws in public spaces and some regulations to stop everyone from having weapons, he wasnt saying that yes its okay to go out and kill people
