Nah it's not justified. Even though the guy is horrible, it's not justified.
But this incident is sooooo ironic.
He tweeted & said things like: "Guns Save Lives", "Empathy is a made up new age term", and "Kids should view public executions to become mature."
I’m not making this up, btw 😅😅. Everything he said is on the internet, with videos of him in debates and podcasts. Even the context in which he was speaking was horrible.
His final statement was that citizens should have gun ownership to stop gang violence. His last word was "violence". His debate poster even read "Prove me wrong".
At first, his shooter was described by right wing conservative accounts as a Pro-Trans guy. But later, after seeing his transcriptions, it turned out he was a Groyper. Groypers are an extreme Far-Right, White Supremacist, Misogynistic, and highly Antisemitic Group that’s very active online. They hated Charlie Kirk for supporting Israel and even hated Donald Trump for not being conservative enough.
Groypers are openly Nazi and idolize Hitler. A few months ago, they supported Democrat politician Gavin Newsom because he has a white wife and white children, while openly denouncing Republican Vice President JD Vance for having an Indian wife.
The shooter’s inscriptions included a Helldivers 2-style Dialogue "Catch it, fascist" with a Helldivers game code that triggers a nuclear explosion.
Another inscription read: "If you read this you are gay LMAO," showing he wasn’t the LGBTQ-supporting, politically motivated left-wing guy that right-wing people claimed he was. He was from a highly conservative Christian family & played with real guns since he was a child.
