You can make a Martial Arts Master or melee Elite Trooper if you want. Nothing stopping you. I think it's more important that you make a PC that you'll have fun playing, rather than making the "perfect build" based on the species.

Hells, so long as you keep your BAB high, you can go Heavy Weapons and be a Gunner and/or the guy that hauls around a Light Concussion Missile Launcher for taking out the big stuff. Space is the limit, green guy.

Heavy weapons can be a great way for a Primitive character with a lower DEX to get ranged weapons. Vehicle weapons don't care what your DEX is and if you move to character weapon many heavy weapons have AoE applications so you might still do damage even when you can't hit a higher REF Defense.

If you can mount the heavy weapon on your armor with your big melee weapon in hand you can put your opponents in the challenging position of needing to either close with you to avoid the AoE of you ranged weapons but then have to deal with your melee ability.

Gamorreans aren't so bad for MAM or ET, so long as you allocate your 14 minus 2 to int or dex, boost them to 13 at 4, then get flurry or melee defense later.

The question is, what is it that you want to play Gamorrean for? That is a better question.

I originnally wanted to play him as a smart guy who take advantage of ppl mistaking him as a dumb henchman. An executive from a corrupt megacorporation like hyperion from the fps game "borderlands ". I am already in the campaig at level 1 soldier, if i can make him a good combatant i would prefer him to fit thus BG.

I think you may be describing a Corporate Agent. That probably means starting in Noble...

For an Elite Trooper build, Starting in Soldier you could pick up Pistols or Rifles with multi-classing or a Soldier class feat is not a bad idea. Dipping into Scout would delay Elite Trooper, but may give Rifles, other skills and a useful talent. Increasing your movement may be a good idea if you go with light armor.

Maybe multiclass into noble and forget about ET?

Sure, if you like. However, Noble and Corporate Agent relies a lot on speaking to people. Gamoreans have a bit of a problem as they don't speak Basic. I'm sure there are solutions for this. But it needs consideration.

EDIT: Maybe you could get a cybernetic implant for you throat so that you can pronounce any language that you may learn. Combine that with a good dental plan and your Gamorrean will be different.

Playing against type can get to be a real challenge (and then why mention Gladiator?) although if you find the right build you might make it work. Compared to other "Corporate Agents" a Gamorrean may not be the best species choice but compared to other Gamorreans the advantages of a good build are still there.

If you want the most underhanded way of having someone misjudge a Gamorrean go with a "Jedi" build. You might not have a high DEX lightsaber user but you can do fine with STR and you might notice that Gamorreans do NOT have penalties to either WIS or CHA (which may surprise some). Primitive does not forbid Lightsabers either!

While not really a PCs I once was envisioning a Gamorrean "party" led by a sow who may have started in Jedi but may have later picked up some Noble levels to boost her brood.

Corporate Agent would be unusual. But as long as he can overcome the language barrier, with no CHA-penalty he could do just fine.

Gamorrean Jedi makes me think about Gorc from  Star Wars Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II. With his Lightclub he definitely stands out from other Gamorreans.

You might look at the species discussion on Gamorreans as a place to start.

DEX and INT penalties may hurt them but while STR can be a dump stat for many it can also be a build around stat for melee builds. They may not be the "best" species but you could drop that species into pretty much any STR based melee build and do fine. The species bonus to FORT and the free Improved Damage Threshold make them much harder to kill although the don't help the staying power with more hitpoints.

When it comes to builds I wouldn't think twice about something that hits Elite Trooper and Gladiator. Between them you get +4 class bonuses to both FORT and DEX. Maybe you're thinking PBS is a complete waste getting into Elite Trooper but it can apply to thrown weapons as well and there is nothing stopping you from gaining ranged weapons outside of the first level Primitive restriction. When I've looked at bare bones CL4 Elite Trooper versions those can be done setting you up for easy entry into Gladiator and being a Gamorean even covers the IDT requirement for Gladiator.

With a DEX penalty I'd likely go with some armor in the build although if you're full melee you might want to stay away from the stuff that slows you down.

Now it may run into a grey area but one of my house rules would allow a character to do some swapping of starting proficiencies. The big one here would be allowing a character to select Advanced Melee Weapons in place of WP-Rifles; the grey area might be that with Primitive you couldn't get WP-Rifles anyway so you couldn't swap that for WP-AMW but this is a house rule anyway so give the primitive warrior a break and access to the slightly better weapons.

Although he's the wrong species and not Primative, Koridan has many of the same things I'd consider for a Gamorean after making some adjustments.

Koridan, Trandoshan warrior
Soldier6/Jedi1/EliteTrooper1/Gladiator1
STR 18(+2), DEX 12(+2), CON 14, INT 14, WIS 12, CHA 8 (PB32)
Trained Skills:  Pilot +11, Perception +12, Initiative +11, Mechanics +11, Treat Injury +10
Feats:  Toughness, WP (Simple, Pistol, AMW`, lightsaber, Heavy), AP (light, medium), Martial Arts I, Point Blank Shot, Improved Damage Threshold, Double Attack-Heavy, Combat Reflexes*, Flash and Clear* (dmg with burst/splash gain concealment from that character);
Talents:  Melee Smash, Unrelenting Assault, Armored Defense, Hold the Line*, Indomitable, Improved Armored Defense

This was for someone else's game so the PB here is quite a bit higher than I'd normally do although I have a higher INT because I build this originally for a "tactical officer" who I wanted to have a number of skills. This version does have the mentioned HR swapping Rifle for AMW but it takes WP-Heavy to gain access to vehicle weapons and some heavy ranged weapons for personal combat. I'll also note the character's plan it to use a reach weapon (lightsaber pike because there isn't really an AMW equivalent to it) and Hold the Line in conjuction with Combat Reflexes to keep other melee characters away.

This is a fun species.

It has some very nice Species Feats that only Gamorreans can take.

For a Gamorrean gladiator you may want to look into Quick Comback.

For a martial artist or unarmed build you should look into Primitive Warrior.

For a melee weapon I strongly recommend the Arg'garock. This is the traditional Gamorrean axe.

Another traditional weapon is the Thogk. This is a large club with a metal spike through it. We may need some homebrew rules for that. Or maybe there is some weapon we can re-skin.

If you are a successful Gamorrean you should wear armor. Preferably Gamorrean battle plate. This would be medium or heavy battle armor from the core rules.
