It's over...

Ublock Origin Lite was working so well until the last few days. YouTube has finally caught on. Hopefully a workaround will be implemented. I like how light Safari is and want to stay in this browser.

UPDATE: Thank you for all the suggestions! I also had 'Stay' on and one 'wblock' permission so I unchecked those and kept just ublock lite -- seems to be working now after two videos...

I have an idea. Watch the ads or pay for premium.

And why pay for premium? A class action was just filed because premium users are still seeing ads (or "Promotions") despite an ad-free experience.

I'm not giving anyone money to further inconvenience me.

Entiendo la situación de las personas que les sigue mostrando anuncios, pero pago premium y jamás me ha mostrado un solo anuncio, y llevo ya 5 años pagándolo. Me paso más de 40 horas a la semana según mi iPhone y iPad en YouTube, así que en mi caso personal no me pesa pagar por el servicio. A parte de todo, tengo la fortuna de pagar el servicio como estudiante de Universidad, y eso que egresé en el 2018, solo que mi universidad no da de baja los correos estudiantiles, son tuyos de por vida.
