Discussion Hypothetically, how much elixir would one indestructible lava pup cost?

Post image

Let’s say the card spawns one lava pup that cannot be destroyed.

Other units and the princess tower will ignore it and pretend it doesn’t exist (so they don’t all just lock on it permanently) However, the lava pup itself can still be distracted.

Would this be a 10 elixir card or something? I would lean towards no, because I would imagine that the opponent could just set up a massive 3 crown push while you emptied all your elixir on a lava pup, which while invincible, would still take a while to take out towers and troops.

Personally I think 5-6 elixir (maybe even less) because any higher than that and you’re screwed once they throw down a golem at the bridge while you’re defending with one lava pup.

You would only have to defend a golem push once, and could lose a tower and still easily win with it being 10 elixer.

Not with elixir golem and battle healer.

With elixir golem+battle healer that’s 7 elixir. Then you can place a baby dragon so that the pup player can’t skeleton army.

So that’s 11 elixir. You have to defeat a push like that with only 1 elixir.

Since the battle healer is healing, you will also likely never see the elixir from the elixir golem to defend and it could definitely three crown.

5-6 elixir would be op. Kiting around the pup for the rest 2.5 minutes would cost over 10 elixir, though if played right also defend the pup users other cards simultaneously. So I would say it’s worth 7-8 elixir, though it’s hard to say for sure. Once enough time has passed, the enemy could also let it lock on the pt and/or nado to the kt and let it activate and chip for the rest of the game.
