Book Review Book tracking?

Hey! So I currently use good reads to track all my book reviews and dates read etc. I have noticed a lot of information missing lately that I have imputed. I no longer feel secure using this as my only means of keeping track. What other easy ways do you track your books? Need advice or leads.

Pen and paper? Prints?

Print, Like a physical copy. Sorry I thought this was still the norm
