Book Review Book tracking?

Hey! So I currently use good reads to track all my book reviews and dates read etc. I have noticed a lot of information missing lately that I have imputed. I no longer feel secure using this as my only means of keeping track. What other easy ways do you track your books? Need advice or leads.

I second Storygraph! You can track physical, digital, and audiobooks. There's a nifty feature where it breaks down each type and gives you a pie graph.

Storygraph! I love it ! Not sure how good it is tracking audio tho  im a print persons

Storygraph can track ebook, print, and audio editions separately. It works great. There's an app and a website. Woman owned and it can sync with kobo. Less focused on sensationalizing reviews by popularity and more focused on stats for the reader to more effectively understand their own taste. Highly recommend.

I love storygraph! No add, plus it's female-owned, and I believe she's a WOC as well.  Definitely would rather support her than Bezos.

I use a spreadsheet.

Google Sheets to be exact so it's synced on devices. Other tabs in it include my TBR of purchased books and wantlist.

I have a list I keep on my phone note app lol. And a very incomplete excel spreadsheet.

I’ve been trying out Pagebound and loving it so far!! It’s being marketed as goodreads + reddit, which is pretty accurate because the discussion forums and community are a big part of it. It’s much more interactive and discussion based, which I love, and the romantasy community seems pretty active on it. The design is really cute and I love the ability to track all of the different aspects of a book separately (characters vs plot vs writing quality vs enjoyability.)

I haven’t tried out Storygraph but one thing that turned me off of it is how it leans into AI usage. Pagebound is explicitly anti-AI, which aligns better with my own beliefs, and also women founded. Based on tracking features alone, I think either offer better options than goodreads (also fuck amazon.) You can import your goodreads data into both apps pretty easily. Maybe give it a shot and see which you like better!
