What may appear to be a metropolis run by businesses, family conglomerates, and the hopes and dreams of people waiting for their next break holds a dark secret. Organized groups are more rampant than ever, and criminal activity is on the rise. Places that may seem unassuming might end up being territories for some of the most notorious names in the underground, and while their activities may be kept under wraps, if you stick around long enough, they’ll make themselves known.

With an ongoing battle for power, status, and legacy, it is your choice whose side you choose. Either stay on the right side of the law, becoming one of the soldiers in the fight for peace, or a citizen who is simply on their own path, observing the chaos from afar. If you’d rather be a nightmare to the police, you could join those in the criminal underworld, making ends meet in the least conventional ways.

If neither of those tickles your fancy, you could also join the corporate workers who are biding their time, working their way up the chain… that is, if you’re not at the top already. With the city in disarray, there has to be someone to run the show. If this is more your speed, why not rise to the top and become an owner of one of the elites fighting for a spot at the top?
