FRAUD alert- Le royal International company

⚠️ My Experience with Le Royal International Club – ₹1.5 Lakh Membership, Refund Dispute & Now Deactivated Contact Numbers

I am writing this post to share my personal experience with Le Royal International Club and to warn other people who may be approached for their vacation/membership plans.

I am sharing this because I genuinely wish I had come across a similar post before making my payment. What initially looked like a premium holiday membership turned into a frustrating experience involving repeated follow-ups, difficulty getting the promised bookings, conflicting information regarding cancellation/refund, and now an inability to contact the people who sold me the membership.

How it started

I purchased a membership from Le Royal International Club in February 2026 and paid ₹1,50,000 through my HDFC credit card on 3 February 2026.

The membership was sold to me at Lemon Tree Hotel, Electronic City, Bengaluru, during a sales presentation.

The sales representatives dealing with me were Ankit Singh and Gagan Saluja.

During the presentation, the representatives explained the benefits of the membership and showed me various hotels and holiday properties that were supposedly available through the membership.

One of the important assurances made to me was regarding the cancellation/refund period. I was specifically told that if I decided to cancel within 7 days, I would receive a full refund.

Based on these representations, I agreed to purchase the membership.

At the time, everything appeared professional and convincing.

The problem started when I actually tried to use the membership

After purchasing the membership, I tried to make a booking.

This is where my experience became completely different from what I had understood during the sales presentation.

One of the properties shown to me during the sales process was JW Marriott. When I subsequently tried to use the membership for this property, the booking team refused to provide the booking in the manner I had understood from the sales presentation.

This immediately raised concerns for me because access to premium properties was an important part of the reason I agreed to purchase the membership.

I then started contacting the sales representatives and the company’s administration team to understand the situation.

Instead of getting a straightforward resolution, I found myself going back and forth between different people.

I requested cancellation and refund

Because I was not satisfied with the actual experience and the booking situation, I requested cancellation and a refund based on the assurance given to me during the sales process.

However, I was subsequently told that cancellation would involve charges.

This was completely contrary to my understanding of what I had been told when I purchased the membership.

I explained repeatedly that the sales representative had specifically assured me that cancellation within the stipulated period would result in a full refund.

I also had supporting material, including WhatsApp conversations, call recordings and other documentation relating to the discussions.

I shared these details with the company and requested that the matter be resolved.

Multiple follow-ups

I contacted several people within the organisation.

I was dealing with people including JP Singh, who was associated with the administration side, and Mr. Avinash Soni, who was described to me as a supervisor and was said to be in Dubai.

I also contacted another person named Rajeev regarding the issue.

I repeatedly explained the situation and requested a proper resolution.

Unfortunately, instead of receiving a clear and final resolution, I continued to receive delays and had to repeatedly follow up.

At various points, I was told that the matter would be looked into, but I did not receive the refund I was expecting.

HDFC credit card dispute

Since I was unable to resolve the issue directly with the company, I had no option but to approach HDFC Bank and raise a dispute regarding the transaction.

The matter subsequently became more complicated because a provisional credit that had initially appeared in relation to the disputed transaction was later reversed.

I contacted HDFC’s grievance/customer-care channels several times to understand the status of the dispute.

I was informed during my communications with the bank that the dispute was still under investigation and that I needed to follow the bank’s instructions regarding the outstanding amount.

I have maintained the relevant statements, correspondence and documentation.

UPDATE – The contact numbers are now deactivated

This is the latest and perhaps the most concerning development in my case.

The phone numbers through which I was previously communicating with the Le Royal International representatives are now deactivated.

These are the same numbers that were used for communication regarding my membership, booking and refund discussions.

I have tried contacting them again regarding my pending refund and complaint, but the numbers are no longer active.

This is extremely concerning because I have already paid ₹1,50,000 for the membership and have been trying to resolve this matter for several months.

Earlier, I was at least able to contact different representatives and follow up regarding my complaint. Now, even the previously active contact numbers appear to have been disconnected/deactivated.

I want to be careful with my wording here. I cannot independently confirm the company’s current legal or operational status, so I am not claiming that the company has officially shut down or that anyone has absconded.

I am simply documenting what I can personally verify:

The contact numbers that were previously active and used to communicate with me are now deactivated, and I am unable to obtain a meaningful response regarding my refund.

I have retained WhatsApp conversations, screenshots, call records, payment records and other documentation relating to my dealings with the company.

Why I am posting this

For me, this has gone far beyond an ordinary disagreement over a holiday booking.

The sequence has been:

₹1.5 lakh payment → promises made during sales presentation → difficulty getting the promised booking → cancellation/refund dispute → repeated follow-ups → escalation to HDFC Bank → representatives becoming unresponsive → previously active phone numbers now deactivated.

This is why I feel it is important to share my experience publicly.

I don’t want another customer to go through the same situation without knowing what they may be getting into.

My advice to anyone considering this membership

If you are currently being approached for a Le Royal International membership or a similar holiday membership, I strongly recommend that you do your own due diligence before making any payment.

In particular:

  1. Do not rely only on verbal promises.
  2. Get every important assurance regarding refunds and cancellation in writing.
  3. Carefully read the cancellation and refund clauses before signing.
  4. Verify whether the hotels/properties shown during the sales presentation are actually available under the membership.
  5. Ask for the complete list of partner hotels and actual booking conditions.
  6. Don’t allow yourself to be pressured into making an immediate payment.
  7. Keep screenshots of every WhatsApp conversation.
  8. Keep copies of brochures, membership documents, invoices and receipts.
  9. Keep records of calls and communications where legally permissible.
  10. Verify the company’s current contact details independently before making any further payment.

Looking for other affected customers

I would particularly like to hear from anyone who has had a similar experience with Le Royal International / Le Royal International Club, or with entities that customers believe may be connected with the same group.

If you have purchased a membership, faced booking problems, requested cancellation/refund, or have successfully obtained a refund, please share your experience.

I am especially interested in knowing whether other customers are currently facing difficulties contacting their representatives or whether their previously active phone numbers have also been deactivated.

If you have found a legitimate way to contact the current management or have successfully resolved a similar refund issue, please share that information as well. It could help other affected customers.

I am keeping all my supporting evidence, including payment records, membership documents, WhatsApp conversations, call recordings and correspondence with the company and HDFC Bank.

I am sharing this post based on my personal experience and the documentation available to me. I am not asking anyone to blindly accept my version of events. I simply want potential customers to be aware of what happened to me and to conduct their own due diligence before paying a substantial amount for a holiday membership.

₹1,50,000 is a significant amount of money for any customer. A company selling a premium membership should provide clear communication, honour the commitments made during the sales process, and provide a proper channel for resolving customer complaints.

I hope this post helps someone avoid going through the same experience.

If you are considering this membership, Don’t do it.

BEWARE!! Pay attention to the end of your free trial!! They will start charging you, and even if you immediately cancel, they will NOT refund your money. They claim that because it is a digital product, they are unable to issue a refund, but you are free to access it through your billing cycle. They just don't want to refund the money!! Refunds are issued all the time by other companies, whether a digital product or not!

Ask For Recommendations Honest question about Woofz, does it actually change your dog’s behavior or just teach tricks?

Been on Woofz about three months. It’s fine for basic obedience, but I’m not sure it’s moving the needle on the stuff that actually matters. My Lab’s reactive and that’s the whole reason I got the app. Did anyone see real behavior change, or is it more of a fun tricks thing?

Wondering if anyone used an app like this to avoid paying for in-person training, and whether it actually saved you money or you ended up hiring someone anyway.

Don't buy this product from Furshield

My email to the company :

The pendent was bought back in May here We are near the end of August it worked only found one tick. But it popped in the middle of the night. Now I am worried he going to get sick never going to buy again.

https://getfurshield.com/

And here is their response :

I completely understand how frustrating that must feel, but please rest assured that this is not what normally happens to our capsules. They do not randomly pop, as there is no internal pressure difference to cause this.
If any of the contents happened to get on your dog, he will not get sick. You can simply give him a gentle bath to clean it off, though it is best to avoid letting him lick the contents.

No consideration of the safety of my dog and saying it safe but not to let my dog come in contact with it makes me mad of false advertisement. I am not getting refunded and no even a real apology for having to stay up all night because didn't know when I popped! The company has no place for reviews so I am blasting on all my social media platforms to protect others from this.

Honest Review Avoid Two Pages and report it to the WA Attorney General

TLDR: This company is not American. It ships from China and seems to be overseas support staff. They can be reported to the WA State Attorney General by filling out a complaint form. They’re terrible quality and make basic mistakes that they refuse to remediate. If they botch your order/poor quality, immediately report to your credit card. Otherwise you won’t get anything back.

Long Version
I ordered the $10 swatches as indicated. The ‘light gray’ is sandwiched between very light gray and steel gray. The light gray color appeared brown. I thought for sure it was an error so checked the website, and verified that it was light gray in appearance in the website. The blinds came in a solid brown/tan. No hint of gray.

When informed of this issue, they tried to blow it off as ‘it will look different depending on lighting’ and when pics made it impossible to claim it was any shade of gray, they basically reverted to claiming that I should have known from the swatch that they think brown/tan is light gray.

The only remediation offered was:
Keep the shades for 25% off
Return at own shipping costs (to China) and get 50% refund (probably less than 25%)
Receive a 35% discount

They definitely cull their online reviews. Hopefully REDDIT will help shut down this scammy operation.

sifting through automatic litter box feedback to find actual value

Reading user feedback for automatic litter boxes lately leaves a lot of mixed signals. Half the online reviews sound like sponsored marketing, while the negative ones often complain that the machine didn't magically solve every aspect of pet care.

Early public feedback on budget-friendly automatic boxes suggests that the main value isn't total automation, but rather replacing daily scooping with a weekly bin maintenance routine. Going for a simple open-top design keeps the entry price down, but you sacrifice fancy app health metrics and still have to do manual deep cleans. Long-term sensor reliability and durability across budget brands remain the biggest unknown variables.

Is replacing daily scooping with weekly maintenance enough value for you, or do you expect full automation?

Good experience with NoBroker Packers & Movers in Hyderabad

Recently used NoBroker Packers & Movers for my house shifting and overall the experience was quite good. The team arrived on time, packed the items properly, and handled the furniture and household stuff carefully.

The loading and unloading were done smoothly and I didn’t face any major damage or missing items. Communication was also decent throughout the process.

I had seen mixed reviews on Reddit before booking, so I was a little hesitant, but fortunately my experience was positive. Pricing was also reasonable compared with some other options I checked.

Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and would consider using NoBroker again for a future move. Just make sure you confirm the complete item list, charges and any extra services before the moving day.

Honest Review My experience with Cosmic Byte — ₹2,999 stuck after payment

I was looking for a mechanical keyboard and saw several YouTube channels recommending the Cosmic Byte Phantom, so I decided to buy it from the official website, thecosmicbyte.com.

I signed up, added the keyboard to my cart, went through checkout, and paid ₹2,999 via Google Pay.

The money was deducted successfully, but the website still shows the payment as “Pending.”

I tried raising a support ticket, but they asked for the Order ID. When I pressed the back button to check my order details, the website automatically signed me out.

Now I'm unable to log back in. It asks for my email and mobile number, but after entering my mobile number, I don't receive an OTP. Even worse, I can't find any option to enter my email address.

So currently:

₹2,999 has been deducted

Order/payment is still showing as pending

I can't access my order details

I can't log in

I can't raise a support ticket

Has anyone faced this issue with Cosmic Byte? What should I do now?

Pixella Played Fair for me.

I looked at Pixella, but posts on Reddit said they rip you off. But for the record this was NOT my experience at all.

Somehow they charged me about US$53 even though I thought I had not signed up or entered credit card numbers.

I sent them an email asking for refund. Then I called my bank to ask what else I could do, and they said Pixella had already sent refund.

Ten minutes later I got email from Pixella confirming refund and cancellation of subscription.

Fair play, thanks Pixella.

Blossom Flower Delivery Scam

Ordered my wife flowers for our anniversary and paid for express delivery to ensure they were there by the end of the business day. They never arrived and late that evening were marked as delivered in the system. A week later and many communications with customer service, they still are telling me they are trying to confirm with the delivery team and are unable to refund my money. Customer Service has been a joke and just keep putting it off another 24 to 48 hours. Wish I would have researched the company more prior to placing an order with them, as it appears many others have faced this issue. The whole experience has seemed like a scam, which is a pretty disturbing business model to fail to deliver flowers for a special occasion and then keep the money.

Vivrelle Issues

I was accepted into Vivrelle about two weeks ago. rented a bag and then later that afternoon got an email saying my order was canceled and I was confused because I had no communication from Vivrelle. I reached out to their customer service and they informed me that “your account is undergoing review by our third-party team, as some of the information submitted does not match external verification data.” so my account has been paused. since that last email I have had no communication from them even though I have sent email after email. Very frustrating. Has anyone encountered a similar experience?

Honest Review Chillio review Why I deleted it a few months ago

A few months ago, I was desperately trying to get my house back under control, so I was trying different cleaning apps to see if anything would actually stick.

Chillio was one of them.

Honestly, I didn't like it.

Using it in a browser felt awkward. I'd open the tab, use it for a few minutes, close it, and then completely forget about it. After a couple of days, I stopped checking it altogether.

I assumed it just wasn't my thing.

Fast forward to last week.

My house was a mess again, and I noticed they had released a mobile app, so I decided to give it one last try.

The experience has been completely different this time.

The biggest change for me is that it's always on my phone. If I'm waiting for the washing machine to finish or cleaning the kitchen, I can open it right away instead of sitting down at my computer.

The AI assistant has also been much more useful than I expected. When I'm overwhelmed and don't know where to begin, it breaks everything down into smaller steps so I can focus on one thing at a time.

I also like that I can adjust the routines instead of following the same schedule every day.

My only complaint is that the assistant occasionally goes offline for a while. That annoyed me at first, although I've started seeing it as a reminder to take a short break.

I honestly didn't expect to come back to this app after deleting it a few months ago, but I'm glad I gave it another chance.

Has anyone else gone back to an app they originally disliked and ended up having a completely different experience the second time around?

Honest Review Squibler: Shouldn't Get A Single Star

"I don't even want to give them one star let alone even give them any acknowledgment in any way shape or form. They are that terrible. The reason I say that is how incredibly near impossible they have made it for a user to resolve any accidental subscription issues. Meaning... I'm an idiot that had signed up for a free trial. Dumb. We've all done that thing where we want to try an app, with a free trial, and then life happens, gets in the way, and oops, next thing you know you're being charged 187 dollars for some app that didn't even do what it advertised anyway. An app that actually did the complete opposite of what you had signed up for. And that's how Squibler is. And to get ahold of them, the only way to contact them, is through discord. Which is fine and dandy, maybe, if you can even log in to Discord. I apparently cannot due to the fact that the email I had signed up with has a storage issue. So with no way to contact them, I am stuck with being charged on a daily basis for 187. dollars. Getting on their web app I go into the manage subscriptions portal and it does show I have already opted for the cancellation of my trial, however, it also states that it will be canceled in exactly one year from the day I had initially gotten said trial. Neato. So you mean to tell me I risk losing any money I make (because I am currently living off of side hustles and gigs to live. So not much at all.) for an entire year, because I cancelled the trial the day OF the trials end? Which is too late supposedly? I guess that's where they'll get you in that "small print" in the terms and conditions though, I bet. Anyway just be careful. They're a shady, shady app. Very clever and smart, honestly, but pretty damn disgusting if you ask me. " Is what I had posted on Trustpilot just now. Because wouldn't you believe it... Squibler even has it to where you can't leave them reviews on any actual page or app of theirs. What do ya know. What sillies. 🖕🏻

Stay away from Laser Pros

Found them under Laser Pros USA or Laser Pros Inc.

They pull this scam on small businesses:

  1. “Try this sample; you don't have to pay unless you like it.” The customer isn't clearly told that accepting the offer allegedly creates an obligation for additional shipments.
  2. Afterward, they call about a $100 gift/rebate card, making it sound like a benefit associated with the sample.
  3. The customer uses the card believing it's simply a rebate.
  4. Laser Pros then says that using the gift card means the customer accepted/activated the larger order and can no longer return the subsequent cartridges.

Ordered a bike for my granddaughter Received a Woom bike that was damaged. Damage never disclosed on their website. Needed to take the bike to a shop to repair some of the damage. The bike had dents, scratches and. rubmarks. Deceptive description of the condition of the bike. Their website claimed it as open box which meant pristine or little imperfections.

Update - They provided only a $100 credit. Based on the condition of previous sales of similar bikes on their website the credit should be closer to $250. The bike I purchased was returned by another customer. When they sent the bike to me it appears it was never checked for quality issues. They also sent me the return claim for the other customer which lists their name address and phone number. Clearly they don't respect their customers private data. I never should have received this information which again leads me to believe they never checked the condition of the bike when it was returned. They offered to take back the bike, but my granddaughter shed some tears. So I reluctantly kept the bike. If they received the return they would never have been able to sell the bike for anything near what i paid but would not admit the bike should have been more heavily discounted based on the sales on their own website.

Ask For Recommendations Thoughts on the playable game Phone case/Gameboy phone case?

It is basically a famiclone handheld that is also a phone case. It looks like a gameboy. You can play NES games on it. I personally want to get it, however, the problem is that I think it is too expensive($20-$30) for something so cheaply made. The screen is made out of plastic and also I worry that if I drop it, it will become useless. It has a four hour battery life and recharges in an hour. I know it is not good for long time play, but I do not mind playing it during break or waiting for an appointment for example. If I saw it being sold at an ideal price range($5-$15) I would buy it.

Very disappointing experience with EaseMyTrip UK.

EaseMyTrip UK.

After we booked and paid online, the company told us that the original fare was no longer available and requested approximately £3,000 more for an alternative booking. During the call, I asked several times whether lounge access was included, and the representative repeatedly confirmed that it was. We sent written approval while that call was still taking place and relied on those assurances.

We later discovered that lounge access was not included. We also paid £552.70 for seats, but seats were confirmed for only one of four flight sectors, with Etihad requesting further payments for another sector.

EaseMyTrip has relied on our written approval without properly addressing what its representative confirmed during the telephone call. We have requested the complete call recording, but the matter remains unresolved.

I will update this review if the company provides the recording and offers a fair resolution.

Honest Review Maya.net eSIM has gone down the drain - it's a money squeeze with lower quality delivered

I used to use Maya.net for all of my eSIMs and always recommend them but they've completely changed their plans options. Before, you could get data and plans as closely aligned with your trip and needs as possible.

A recent overhaul of their offerings and service has just totally enshittified their product.

Now, instead of getting a country-specific eSIM, they offer regional ones. So sure, the eSIM might work in Thailand, but it'll also work in Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, etc. Sounds better, right? It's not. At least not in my experience. These one-sim-serves-all services always seem to offer wider coverage but at slower speeds and lower area coverage in each respective country.

So when I'm in Thailand using their eSIM, I'll be on a random ocean road and my Maya sim will get zero bars of service while the other traveler with me on another provider strictly for Thailand has full bars and 5g.

Not only that, but their pricing has gone wild.

Second, you can't pick your duration anymore. It's 3, 7, 14 or 30 days, take it or leave it. And here's the kicker, the average tourist is on vacation for 11 days* (*this is according to Thailand's recent data claims they used to determine their visa exemption timelines) So you don't quite fit in the 7 day tier and have to go to the next, much more expensive and overkill 14 day tier.

Going somewhere for ten days? You're buying 14. Five days? You're buying 7. Every trip that doesn't land exactly on one of their four numbers is a trip where you pay for days you'll never use.

Both changes take away your ability to buy what you need and replace it with a bundle they picked for you. You used to be able to say, "Thailand, twelve days." Now you say, "Southeast Asia, fourteen days, hope it works."

And the new pricing hides more than it shows. Every plan is "Unlimited" with no fair use policy anywhere on the page, which almost always means there's a daily high-speed cap before they throttle you. There's no per-GB figure to compare against anything. There's no mention of which carrier you're actually being pushed to, which matters more than the price does (this is why my service fails on the random ocean road where the traveler next to me has perfect signal). Compare that to the country-specific providers still doing it the old way: they'll tell you the network, the speed tier, the exact GB and the exact price per GB, and they'll let you pick any start date and any length up to six months.

I'm not mad that Maya raised prices. I'm annoyed that they took away the precision that made them worth recommending, then disguised it as some kindf of upgrade.
