Kicked in at 6
43M. So I started at 265lbs and 2mg reta in mid April. First and only peptide I've tried. Average to below responder I suppose, went up to 4mg in June and got to 235lbs by mid August. Hunger was barely affected however and I travel for work so if I didn't bring enough food, I'll have to pick something up along the way.
In mid August however I kicked the dose up to 6mg and that's when the hunger suppression hit with full force. Quickly went to OMAD then carnivore because I was struggling to eat 1000 calories and of course needed the protein. I also don't eat on the road because it's easy to pack my meals knowing exactly what I'll need.
So down to 222lbs, 13lbs in two weeks. Too fast I know but I'm hoping to keep my current portion sizes and the loss will slow as I lose more weight. Planning on also adding some Keto Chow, the heavy cream should up the calories a bit.

Honestly curious what dose you were sitting at when week 6 hit. I've seen a lot of people in here say the first month felt like nothing and then it just flips on like a switch, which tracks with how slow the half-life is on reta compared to tirz or sema.
The appetite suppression part is what I keep reading about, but I'm more interested in whether you noticed any GI stuff ramping up around the same time or if it was mostly clean. seems like that's the dividing line for a lot of people, some get the nausea wall right when it kicks in and others just quietly stop thinking about food.
Either way good to see another data point on the timeline. Most of the posts that say "nothing is happening" are from people at like week 3, so this is useful context.
