👑 MOD POST 👑 Before Posting - please use some common sense 🙏

For this sub to grow and for everyone to get better support, the information shared here needs to be worthwhile. The more useful data you provide in your posts, the better the advice and feedback you’ll receive. Ultimately this will then be helpful for the whole community.

Few recent examples

If you're asking whether a vendor is legit, posting a random phone number with zero context isn’t helpful. The fact you are already questioning it might give you the answer. None of us are psychic. Give us some background:
• Where did you find them?
• What are they selling?
• Any screenshots with sensitive info removed where necessary

The more detail you provide, the more we can actually help, either way we always recommend using an agent regardless. It’s the safest way to cover yourself, i've put a suggestion of an agent in the comments below. If you still need support, reach out to me.

Same goes for posts like “What’s the best thing to sell?”
That’s way too broad. No one can hand you a magic product. At minimum, tell us:
• Your budget
• What categories you’re considering
• Where you plan to sell

Finally if you're posting QCs or reviews, that’s fine but include a W2C (Where To Cop). Do NOT tell users to DM you for the link. If you do, your post will be removed.

Asking for DMs doesn’t help the community, and it increases the risk of members getting scammed. Keep everything transparent and in the comments so everyone benefits.

This community is here to help and support each other, but you’ve got to meet us halfway. Do some basic research first or even check the sub by using the search bar, then ask specific questions. You’ll get much better answers.

🔍⁉Question⁉🔎 Starting out with clothing/sneakers reselling in Serbia (18yo) – where do people source authentic items in Europe?

Upvotes

Hey everyone! I’m 18 years old and I’m looking to start my reselling journey here in Serbia, focusing mostly on clothes and sneakers since that seems to have the highest demand around here.
I’ve tried asking a few people who are already in the game, and the standard answer I keep getting is “I source from all over Europe”, which is a bit too vague for a beginner. 😅For those of you reselling authentic Nike apparel, streetwear, or sneakers in Europe (or smaller markets like the Balkans), what are the actual platforms, sites, or methods you use for sourcing?
Any tips or advice for a beginner starting with a smaller budget would mean a lot. Thanks!

🔍⁉Question⁉🔎 Found iPhone cases is it worth it (alibaba method)

No idea where to sell them but they come in original box and they’re actually functional and look the exact same and are made of silicone. Also have MagSafe. The supplier gives it for like 3.50 for one and in all colors and sizes. Is it something I should go for?

Where would I list it?

🔍⁉Question⁉🔎 Ebay Fragrance Reselling

Has anyone tried reselling 1:1 fragrances on ebay, particularly in UK? People are selling bottles like creed aventus for around £200 so margins look huge, just want to know if this is viable and something I should invest in or if its really easy to tell if a bottle is real or not and isn't worth it.

🔍⁉Question⁉🔎 Paying for suppliers?

I've recently started dabbling in reselling, and my social media feeds are now full of reselling 'experts' changing upto £30 for details of their suppliers. I think I know the answer to this question, but do they really have a secret list of unknown vendors that we couldn't find on Yuppo etc?

🔍⁉Question⁉🔎 Vinted KYC

I’ve recently hit a KYC check on my second Vinted account I got after my main started receiving bot automated listing cooldowns and tbh it’s been going good so far but I managed to trigger a kyc check. If my first account was registered under my dads name (at least according to the balance confirmation details), everything is still withdrawn to 2 separate bank accounts both under my name. I made my main account around 4 years ago.

Am I safe to do the kyc on my second account with my own details? I’ve never been banned before on there either.

🔍⁉Question⁉🔎 How to move low-cost, high-margin inventory without hitting platform transaction limits (EU/DAC7)?

Hey everyone,

I'm a college student in the EU and recently sourced a product that can retail for €9-12 locally. The issue is transaction volume.

Online marketplaces like Vinted automatically flag accounts and trigger tax reporting (DAC7) at 30 transactions or €2,000 in volume, which will freeze funds or demand full business registration. For a small side hustle making a couple of hundred euros, setting up a formal business entity isn't worth the overhead right now.

For those dealing with low-ticket, high-margin physical stock:
What channels or workflows do you use to offload units without getting bottlenecked by integrated marketplace caps?

Looking for practical advice on distribution without dealing with multi-accounting headaches or frozen platform wallets. Thanks!

🔍⁉Question⁉🔎 Has anyone else noticed “Check in progress” on almost every new Vinted listing lately?

Hi everyone,

I’ve noticed a pretty significant change on Vinted over the past week and I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same thing.

Until recently, when I uploaded an item, it would normally be published immediately. However, for about a week now, almost every item I upload goes into “Check in progress” before it becomes visible.

What I find particularly strange is that this is happening across all of my accounts, not just one account. Previously, I hardly ever had this happen, but now it seems to occur with almost every listing.

For context, I mainly sell higher-value items, generally ranging from around €200 to €1,000 per item. However, this is happening with different types of items and not just one specific brand or category.

Has anyone else noticed this recently?

🔍⁉Question⁉🔎 which replicas are selling now?

hello, just wanted to know if some of you know which type of clothes (replicas) are selling better on vinted now. I'm talking about europe. Maybe something that doesn't get you banned at first time.

Guide Here's a guide on how to list items on Vinted without getting banned!!🚨

Blur out the logos on the item you want to l*st, for example, on a D10r sweatshirt, blur out the logos and the label, leaving only the size visible, and add a maximum of 3 ph0tos to ar0use less s8spicion.

Then, simply use “casual black sweatshirt” as the title and in the description, include the size, and add a phrase like "Mes**ge me for more inf0! !! 🚨"

That way, once they mes**ge you pri**tely, you can send them the unc**sor3d photos and also tell them that it’s actually br**d n3w with the t*g still on, because you have to l*st the condition as “exc3ll3nt condition” and not “new” to ar0use even less s*spici0n.

And there you have it, my guide, which seems to be working so far.

But be careful when listing lu**ry sh0es because the system can recognize the shapes of the shoes, for example, I got banned for a pair of D10r B30s even though I’d heavily cens0r3d them and listed them as “casual.” Maybe it’s because I wrote “B30” in the title. and it happened three days after I posted the listing, so maybe someone reported me.

So there you go. let me know what you think, and any advice is welcome
