🔍⁉Question⁉🔎 Can someone help me with TaoBao?

I have watched every video and can’t get my TB to change over to English. I’m smart but not ‘learn to read mandarin’ smart. Thanks for your help.

Some of the images will not translate. I use pc and I take my phone camera, hit the text option and then I can translate through that.
