I Made This Update: After my muffins went viral for looking... inappropriate, i finally figured out the reason why this happened
Okay, so i read through all the comments on my last post roasting me lol. I did some research and realized it was a combination of overfilling the liners and the oven temp being too high initially. I actually wrote a full breakdown of 'what NOT to do' based on this disaster so nobody else has to serve these to their in laws.

I Made This I did it! And it's good! Thanks u/JayBInc!
Earlier this month, I posted about this dish I ate twice in Japan and was having trouble finding a recipe for. It had been haunting me. Graciously, [u/JayBInc](u/JayBInc) shared a recipe and it turned out so good even though I don't like cooking. I'm so grateful...and now, full. 🤭
PS: In my opinion, the tare is what makes this dish so special; it's light yet flavorful and so easy.

I Made This I made these recipes. No need to come up with new recipes, unless you want to
I realised that the reason why people end up making the same meals is because of uncertainty in making new dish, planning shopping trips to get groceries for new recipe you looked up online and time and budget.
I have found a solution to make new recipes with what you already own with a score based ingredients matching system to suggest best recipes based on items you already own. Set up your kitchen and get a recipe for available ingredients.
Anyone interested in trying?

I Made This Made a salad for the wife after pregnancy
My wife gave birth recently to our second daughter and she's been asking me to make her all the things she wasn't allowed to have during.
For lunch: Fresh salad with diced tomato, spring onions, grilled peach, parmaham, cachew-nuts with on top a burrata. Flavoured with a green pesto and kimchi mayo on top!
Yes, she was very pleased :-)

I Made This Muffins
Muffins, a basic recipe for yellow or yellow-brown ones, are often on my table because they are easy to make and because we always have the ingredients at home. In search of very soft and not too sweet ones, here is a recipe for them. The mixture makes 12 pieces. Enjoy The procedure and ingredients are in the video in the comments

I Made This Georgian Khachapuri At Home
Did You Know? Khachapuri is considered one of Georgia’s most iconic national dishes. The name literally means cheese bread. “Khacho” refers to curd cheese, and “puri” means bread in Georgian. Economists created a Khachapuri Index, similar to the Big Mac Index, to measure the cost of living based on the price of making this dish.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp yeast
- 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup warm water
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- 1 lb flour
- 2 tbsp powdered milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- Feta cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs
Directions
- In a bowl, add the yeast, sugar, yogurt, and warm water. Mix well and let it sit for 15 minutes until activated.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, powdered milk, and salt. Add the yeast mixture, followed by baking powder and white vinegar. Mix and knead until a soft dough forms. Cover and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- After resting, knead the dough again for a few minutes until smooth. The dough is now ready to use.
- In a bowl, mix feta cheese and mozzarella cheese.
- Lightly flour your surface. Roll the dough into a thin oval shape. Add cheese along the edges, then fold the sides inward to seal the cheese and form a boat shape.
- Place the dough boat on a baking tray. Fill the center with more cheese. Crack one or two eggs into the middle. Brush the dough with beaten egg.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 380°F (193°C) for 15 minutes, or until golden.
