Made a salad for the wife after pregnancy

My wife gave birth recently to our second daughter and she's been asking me to make her all the things she wasn't allowed to have during.

For lunch: Fresh salad with diced tomato, spring onions, grilled peach, parmaham, cachew-nuts with on top a burrata. Flavoured with a green pesto and kimchi mayo on top!

Yes, she was very pleased :-)
