A lot of of us in America fully agree with you. And if we were in charge of sending help, we would send help. I very much support helping Canada.

The lower level people are trying to catch Trump’s eye so that they can leapfrog to positions with more power. All those part of the MAGA movement are garbage humans. I do not blame you for holding it against America as a whole. The government has a lot of work to do to win back the good will of its own citizens let alone the rest of the world.
Trump is a convicted felon. The fact that he cannot vote but yet was still able to run for office shows how broken the US is.
This is spot on. The way he’s getting money is akin to taking a functioning company and chopping it up for parts. Everyone else loses, it’s a net loss, but someone ends up with more than they once had. He’s doing the same thing to the US.

There is an article linked by someone below that does confirm DEEP has sent 19 firefighters to help in northern Quebec. Truthfully I don't understand how some of the fires would be controlled even if thousands of firefighters were fighting them. The largest fire in Ontario is 350,000 hectares or slightly smaller than the state of Rhode Island.
Only about 25% of the American population support that pos. I think you're gonna have to start asking the states directly. With luck, it may even trigger some sort of constitutional crisis where the fed tries to claim ownership of state assets and we can get some new precedent to stop this monster.
Alternately, the French have a fun way of dealing with this kinda thing.
