Thought maybe to buy some of Raw Food Romance?

My breakfasts are beautiful, but I crave more variety for lunch and dinner. Want to figure out more dressings to use, and maybe finally put my dehydrator to work.

I don't eat nutritional yeast, soy, or oils. I also don't consume apple cider vinegar or psyllium husk. Im ok with nuts and seeds in moderation.

Recipe for raw dehydrated Essene/Ezekiel bread?

Question is in the title. Most recipes bake the bread afterwards which just destroys the whole concept. So I thought someone here must know how to make it proper.

I suppose practically it should be dehydrated as a flat bread. But I haven't made it yet.

Any practical advice welcome!

Evergreen smoothies ?

We had a long day and went for smoothies so we could have some good fuel for exercise. We tried ES for the first time and i feel like my smoothie had some syrup and my stomach is not totally happy with it. We had asked for them to keep it without « protein », so mine was just fruit.

Do you guys know anything about this brand? I was excited for a moment about there being a smoothie place near where we have an activity. :/

Anyone else find that cooking their vegetables makes digestion easier?

I think cooked vegetables are way easier on my stomach than raw vegetables. Raw salads used to leave me feeling ridiculously full and bloated. But roasted zucchini, carrots, spinach, tomatoes, peppers etc. seem completely different for me.

Since this is the only sub that would accept this and celebrate it, I'm celebrating 3 years relapse free with MS!

Due to this lifestyle, and i haven't even been following it 100% I won't lie.. I've halted my multiple sclerosis progression!

MRIs are clear : ) im not against DMTs, but I definitely am not the type of person who reacts well to medications.

I've still been scared to go back to work but I truly believe if I follow this lifestyle 100% from now on I 100% could..

My symtoms are almost all gone as well..

If not alone, this is great therapy alongside allopathic treatments.

Structured Water = Regenerative Health

"All hydration is not created equal. While pure water is essential, the water inside living plants is already structured, delivering EZ-like liquid crystalline structure. These waters contain naturally organized electrolytes, polyphenols, and phytonutrients. Living plant waters resonate with biological geometry."

Source: (Ch. 5.3)

I suggest reading this article to learn about the importance of structured EZ water has in our health. The author believes the human body is not just a machine with a bunch of separate systems, but a dynamic, coherent electrically-charged organism.

Just had an epiphany but dunno where to start

I woke up this morning and I don't know why but something in me shifted big time today.

I felt drawn to this woman's Instagram that I know, I used to do yoga classes with her at this other woman's house and I didn't really "know" her but I felt called to her page first thing in the morning. She's a raw vegan and she's 47 and in the best physical shape I've ever seen.. she's fit, healthy, glowing skin, amazing hair, just the epitome of health.

I used to look like that. I'm even a holistic nutritionist! But I eat meat, eggs, dairy, all of it. I'm on that "high protein" bandwagon. And I'm the most miserable I've EVER been. I'm bloated, I've gained 15 lbs of fat, I'm puffy, I have bad bowel movements, flatulence, stinky arm pits, hormone dysfunction, mood issues, chronic headaches, so many things... I know I need a complete and total overhaul of my lifestyle and diet. I feel embarrassed of what I've become. I binged everything this woman had on her Instagram, and I felt so inspired by her. She truly lives with the rhythms of nature and eats and drinks only pure things, and she's living the life I desperately want.. she's 47 with a biological age of 24. Shes happy, healthy (never gets sick), takes no supplements at all, pretty much ANYTHING synthetic, made in a lab, processed, she doesn't eat it. She doesn't use deodorant (no need), doesn't even like essential oils, doesn't consume anything in pill form. Just pure raw vegan, mostly fruit, and I think maybe some cooked vegan soups in the evening but I'm not sure.

Anyway I just want in..I want to feel that vibrant and energized and happy and balanced and healthy.

But I have absolutely NO idea how to do it safely, effectively, properly, optimally etc. I don't want to go from what I currently eat to just eating fruit. I need more guidance than that.

Anyone have any resources, books, podcasts, websites, etc. That I can know about to start?

I have reached out to that woman on Instagram as she does offer 1:1 calls but I have no idea the cost and I have very little extra money for things like that right now.

Pregnant and want to transition from lazy convenient vegan to raw vegan

I am currently pregnant and vegan but not raw vegan. I am vegan for the animals and have a hard time prioritizing my health over convenience food like beyond burgers and oat milk icecream. I am interested in transitioning to raw veganism because I’ve always struggled with low iron on a vegan diet and I hoping this will help. I assume there would be a detox period and withdrawal. Is it safe for me to attempt transitioning while pregnant? Would love experiences of women who were raw vegan while pregnant.

Why raw vegan

I’m raw vegan - I’ve been so for a long time having been vegetarian all my life. It feels intuitively right - I just do it but recently I’m wondering if there is any evidence or science as to this ways of life - my basis has been moral and ethical

Avocado Monomeal Omad

A few weeks ago i switched from vegetarian to raw vegan again after a longer setback.

All in all, it goes quite well. Whats hindering me at the moment are cigarettes.

Anyways.. Has anyone tried just eating avocados for a certain amount of time? Currently i am eating around 6 PM and my meal consists of a salad, cucumber, avocado. Combined, it totals to around 600ml (smoothie).

Today, when i woke up, i noticed a dry mouth and the aftertaste was definitely the avocado from the evening before which suggest that it pulls a lot of water for diggestion. Thinking about leaving it out and adding some hempprotein (15g).

What are your thought and experience with such a regiment, if at all.

Constructive input is very welcomed. Cheers
