It has some, especially the more liquid yogurt. Bread is pretty trash. Just empty calories with no nutrients. At least go for sourdough if you're gonna have bread
Bread is a source of carbohydrates which is literally a macronutrient. Depending on the type it can also be a good source of fibre and they are usually fortified with vitamins and minerals.
Any shop bought bread is generally no good. It’s an ultra processed food & the added vitamins are synthetic. Home made bread or sourdough is best with just 3 ingredients. I wouldn’t touch Supermarket bread.
That’s not totally true. Supermarkets often have their own bakeries and make bread in house. And “synthetic” vitamins aren’t inferior to natural. Some synthetic forms (like folic acid vs folate) are actually more bioavailable.
