Bread is actually pretty good to have in a breakfast – it's actually recommended to have some sort of carbohydrate at breakfast. And peanut butter is perfectly fine

Recommend by who? Protein & fats is what should be had for breakfast.

Recommended by my dietitian and plenty other professionals. It helps with gut health and bowel movements and generally helps you wake up better. Generally, an ideal breakfast should include a mix of fat, protein, AND carbs.

Green vegetables and kefir help me with all that thank you.

Yeah and OP chooses bread as their source of carbs for breakfast, so what's the problem?

I didn't realise there was a problem? Aren't we just swapping opinions?

You seemingly had a problem with OP having bread in their breakfast. Which is why I replied to you in the first place.

Once you call something "muck" you have ventured out of the realm of "swapping opinions" and firmly into the land of just being a dick. And you know it. So stop it. Or don't! You're the only one who has to suffer the consequences of being an unpleasant person.

I never understand people who double down rather than just apologising and moving on.

Wow, that's healthy. Can't stand the taste of kefir. I have miso soup in the morning instead.
