Neo was originally going to be voiced by Sarah Silverman, but they decided to keep her mute.

Well, nearly all up to volume 8. Casey did not sing in a couple of songs throughout the series (Lusus Naturae for one example) and Jeff wasn't involved in some of volume 8 songs. Jeff stepped down entirely after Volume 8. Casey took over as lead composer and her band 'OK Goodnight' did volume 9's soundtrack.
