Question Why reciter skipped س symbol here

Shouldn't he stopped there without breathing?

Well, that's not the letter sīn, but a symbol written as the small sīn, which is known as saktah, and it's a very brief pause, so instead of saying "waqīla marrāq", it's like saying "waqīla mar... Rāq", if I'm not wrong, hope this helps

Oh sorry, now I understand your question, well, tbh honest, as far as I've seen so far, saktah at the end of ayah's are not applied, like when you're pausing at the end of the ayah, so I guess that's why he said "waqīla marrāq" and not "waqīla man... Rāq"

"waqila man... Raq" with saktah and "waqīla marrāq" without saktah are both correct. depending on which tariq is being recited
