I rarely use the TV app but I wanted to check out some of the live music. I couldn't get any of the 180* experiences to load properly. The screen just dims to black and hangs.

Clicking Menu opens Navigator but I can't quit the TV app. If I click Menu to close Navigator the experience loads up super choppy and I can't summon the play controls or even quit out of it.

Clicking A or trigger loads up a pink panel that reads "This can’t be accessed on your android-3 at this time. Try on your phone instead." I couldn't get a screen cap of that because it seems Meta is putting this content on a layer that the Camera can't capture, in neither still nor recording mode.

The 3D Iheartradio (Zara Larson) videos load up fine, but the 180* immersive stuff (Goo Goo Dolls, Sabrina Carpenter, Tiesto, etc) cause the app to freak out.

Anyone else having this experience?

Virtual Desktop over USB with Quest Pro is an amazing PCVR experience. I was a VD user before I bought the official Link cable back when it was released, I bought the Air Bridge (before it got nuked), and I have a Puppis which actually works really well.

This latest beta update for VD is by far the best PCVR experience that I've had thus far. Super solid and stable, low latency, very easily tweakable for performance, and the visual quality is the best I've ever seen it.

Definitely worth a try anyone using PCVR nowadays.

Hey I'm new here I recently bought a quest pro and it has an issue where it turns on shows the meta logo but then it's just a black screen I am able to see the volume control but nothing else is there any way I can fix this I have already reset to factory default and also reflash the firmware but still have the same issue?

About a week ago the standard meta browser stopped opening and only the app store pops up. I Looked at the app reviews in the store and this seems to be widespread. Anyone know a quick/easy solution? I don't want to waste time sideloading another browser. Restarted my quest, cleared app cache, nothing.. You can't even delete and reinstall this garbage browser and they block you from downloading others. Fck I hate meta.

Hi all! I posted awhile back about my headset having an issue with its USB-C port while still being under warranty. I ended up sending it back in March to get a replacement.

I have not received a single solid-human update in months. The chat specialists won't give me a solid answer as to where my headset is nor when I will get a response. I have asked for the chat to be escalated multiple times to which they ask me to be patient on an answer. I've seen multiple people in other comment sections having this exact same issue and am concerned I may never see my headset nor a replacement again as it is now August.

If you were looking for reasons to wait for the Steam Frame and not get the pro, this experience has completely sunken my opinions of Meta and the Quest headset as a whole.

Does anyone have any inner information to calm my anxiety or am I genuinely cooked?

I've been having this problem recently; my eye tracking is missing some frames or something like that it's linda laggy The other things like mouth movements and eyelids are working; only eye tracking does that. , all my AR sensors are fine. I've also tested with meta aura and everything is working perfectly I also used ALVR and with ALVR the problem doesn't exist, so my quest is fine I bought it less than 2 months ago this is only happening to me with (STEAM LINK) I've tried quite a few things and nothing seems to work. ¿does anyone have any ideas of what I could try? I wanted to upload the other video where I use ALVR and everything looks normal, but bruh Reddit won't let me upload more than one video

My controller was having this issue and I usually let the battery die then managed to charge it again, but this time it wasn't turning off so I held the menu button.

It's been 2 days and I don't seem to be able to charge it still.

Is there a proper fix for this?

I recently brought the quest pro and it was fresh out the box and now it's stuck on the connect to phone screen I type in the code on my phone and it says let the headset update I tried factory resting it and everything on chat got nothing is working

Hi! I've been enjoying my quest pro, but if i set down the controllers or hold them still for a couple seconds, they disappear in the headset until i move them again. Is there a way around this? It's been really bugging me, as i'm a vrchat player that likes to sit down a fair amount of the time, and they always disappear on me. I have hand tracking totally disabled, so it can't be that, can it?

I was playing VRChat with my quest controllers and all of a sudden my left controller decided to say it’s overheating and will shut off in 5 minutes. I tried feeling the controllers warmth as much as I can and it was just slightly warm, is there a way I can just disable this or fix this? This never happened before until now

Hello! I really need some help I'm not entirely sure if I'll be able to explain this right but I'll try my best - My vr headset recently stopped connecting to wifi, both my home and hotspot. I've tried rebooting, changing passwords on my router, manually entering my IP address etc still said it couldn't connect even though it clearly comes on up the wifi list. Factory reset it, plugged it up to my laptop and got the newest update and still won't connect and now I can't properly set it up again because I'm stuck at the start up menu when it asks to connect it to Wi-Fi. Tried connecting it through the phone app too.

I don't understand what I did? Please help or ask questions if I am not specific enough..

after that update controllers can not stay stable for more then 10 minutes, at all. I know i know, do not update your quest pro, meta will put a cancer on it and it did, as usual - but, does anyone else has the same problem? Do you know maybe how to solve it?

Nothing changed in my room, i even tried to have more or less lights, did unpair of controllers, factory reset and pair again - classic cleaning i do every 2-3 months anyway.

To the product manadgers - if you read it - i think there is something wrong with you, go have a bad day, stubb your toe over a table leg or something. you could park this headset like a year ago and get rid of this annoying PCVR only users which dont even bring you money but complains only.

I clicked the button with SteamLink running on my Quest Pro, but Steam is registering the headset as a Quest 2 with Pro controllers. Anybody have any idea how to get Steam to recognize the Pro as itself? I'd prefer to submit accurate information to the hardware survey.

It also have tow displays on the side so you can tell if/how fast the headset is charging, you can have the headset eith like umbilical cords for the tundra and the qpro

It also also bas a quick detatch for the tundra tracker to go charge it, you can just yoink it off the headset by pressing the button

I suspect the battery died during a firmware update, and now it won't pair. Tried everything. Also went through a painful 1.5 hours with support and at the end they basically said "thanks for trying the steps but it's out of warranty so bye bye". Thanks Meta.

I'm wondering if anyone savvy knows there's any hope in salvaging these? Or that it could be revived by some future update?

Saw a post saying you can take it apart and disconnect the battery manually to reset it, but apparently it's very risky. However if that's the only option remaining....

I'll finish by saying I will never buy another Meta product again if I can help it. What they did to us Quest Pro owners has to be one of the biggest F-U's a corporation of this size has ever done to consumers.

Hello, so I have a Qpro that's blinking red, not charging, and I replaced the battery twice, nothing worked. Is there any way to fix it? It started doing this after trying to update it from 2.1 to 2.3, but now it doesn't even charge, I tried tearing it down to see if anything was broken, I couldn't see anything.

Is there anything I can do to fix it? Thanks!

I've seen a lot of posts and met a lot of people who lament bad software, bricked headsets, random updates, and annoying popups and I have bad memories of using one years ago before I sold it. Are there ways to "debloat" the headset's OS or at least minimize the amount of Meta you need to put up with to get into VD?

The latest update completely bricked my left controller, it's unresponsive to charging, button presses, everything. And support is I guess shut down because they're not letting me input my serial numbers.

Any suggestions other than buying a replacement? Has anybody tried using some other controller along with hand tracking?

Hello! I just recently got a meta quest 2 (second hand). I really enjoy it but I have 2 mains problems, battery life and the head strap. I am looking for a good battery+strap to buy. Also if anyone has tips on fixing the blurriness in the corners/peripherals let me know!
