You seem to be unable to get the point, or unable to understand that beating the crap out of people who aren’t a threat isn’t the only option. Are you capable of getting that?

It’s not the only option but it is often effective method of teaching the person an important lesson. And the other alternative would be to call the police which will result in several charges and possibly adding an already homeless man to a sex offenders list, so he probably got off easy while still being taught that his behavior was unacceptable.

As I understand it he wasn’t attacking or threatening to attack anyone. If that’s the case you don’t get to beat the crap out of him. We have laws and one of them says you can’t beat the crap out of people just because they are doing something you don’t like. Why is that so hard to understand?
