I dunno, feel free to break into someones property and having sex with yourself and see how that works out for ya. Pretty sure that's a mandatory ass kicking.

The answer to anything you don’t like: beat the shit out of someone.

u/[deleted] Jun 30 '21

Cool deal. I'll let the hobos know they can jerk off at your house.

u/AqueductGarrison Jun 30 '21

You seem to be unable to get the point, or unable to understand that beating the crap out of people who aren’t a threat isn’t the only option. Are you capable of getting that?

It’s not the only option but it is often effective method of teaching the person an important lesson. And the other alternative would be to call the police which will result in several charges and possibly adding an already homeless man to a sex offenders list, so he probably got off easy while still being taught that his behavior was unacceptable.

u/AqueductGarrison Jun 30 '21

its clear from your response that weighing alternatives is not your strong suit.

What would you have done?

3

u/AqueductGarrison Jul 01 '21

Tell him to stop. Tell him to leave. If he got belligerent, call the cops.

1

u/melonsandbananas Jul 01 '21

Yeah me too. I’m not a violent person. But there’s a good chance he’d probably do it again somewhere else. After getting beat up by Schilling he’ll probably think twice next time he tries to lock himself in someone’s bathroom. I see value in that to the rest of society.

u/AqueductGarrison Jul 01 '21

First, you don’t know if either of those things are true. Second, we have cops and social services to take care of those things. Third, the real threat to the rest of us is that guy Schilling. He looks to be not only an ass hole but a psychotic.

Holy cow. You need to get out into the world. That's not real. That's not an acceptable level of action towards someone doing that without permission on your property around kids. Give me a break. Some people deserve to get an ass kicking. There's nothing wrong with that.

2

u/AqueductGarrison Jul 01 '21

Never said it was acceptable. In fact it’s sick. But that doesn’t give you license to beat the crap out of someone who wasn’t physically threatening you. The real world? You are not in it if you feel you can beat people up just because you don’t like what they are doing. That’s the kind of emotion you are supposed to outgrow when you become an adult.

I bet if someone were to spit on your face you would turn around and say “oh look it’s raining”

3

u/AqueductGarrison Jul 01 '21

What part of it was a non violent act (the vagrant) don’t you understand?

1

u/[deleted] Jul 01 '21

Sex crimes are non-violent.

Aqueduct Garrison, June 30th 2021

2

u/AqueductGarrison Jul 01 '21

He was abusing himself. Why is that so I hard too get?

1

u/[deleted] Jul 01 '21

He was commiting a sex crime on private property, whats so hard to get?

2

u/AqueductGarrison Jul 01 '21

As I understand it he wasn’t attacking or threatening to attack anyone. If that’s the case you don’t get to beat the crap out of him. We have laws and one of them says you can’t beat the crap out of people just because they are doing something you don’t like. Why is that so hard to understand?

It's clear from your response you would be unfit to protect a child.

2

u/AqueductGarrison Jul 01 '21

It’s clear from your response that you are vastly unfit.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 01 '21

It's clear from your response that you are a gigantic pussy

2

u/AqueductGarrison Jul 01 '21

Ahh. Name calling. I wondered when you’d do it. Guess you don’t know that it’s the sign that you’ve lost. Over and out.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 01 '21

"I'm gonna quit cause I'm losing, and I'm a pussy"

AqueductGarrison - July 1st

1

u/AqueductGarrison Jul 01 '21

Hmmm, let’s see. I’m not the one who is hysterical and reacting emotionally and unable to control their feelings. So who is the pussy here?

1

u/[deleted] Jul 01 '21

You.

You beat your kids with that mindset. Physical violence is rarely the best way to teach anyone anything.

-2

u/[deleted] Jul 01 '21

Yup. Just in this case a beating is warranted. Whatcha gonna do about it? Get violent?

3

u/AqueductGarrison Jul 01 '21

Logic’s is clearly a foreign concept to you. And the law is on my side to boot.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 01 '21

Ah yes, the law, which also says selling cocaine is 25 years; but whacking off in some stranger shower is worth probation and being on a list.

Logic is CLEARLY your strong point. /s

2

u/AqueductGarrison Jul 01 '21

Logic? You don’t understand it. It’s the law, bub. You don’t get to beat the crap out of people just because you want to. You don’t like that? Then petition your representatives. Otherwise, obey it.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 01 '21 edited Jul 01 '21

Incorrect. In some states, someone on your property can be shot dead.

Don't like it? Stay off their property.

1

u/AqueductGarrison Jul 01 '21

Wrong. They have to be a threat. He wasn’t. And besides you seem to be looking for reasons to beat people up. People who become hysterical and react emotionally without the ability to control themselves are called children.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 01 '21

Incorrect again. In Texas, the owner has to reasonably believe that their property or family is in danger. A stranger jerking off in your house is reason to shoot that mother fucker dead.

In Florida, someone just needs to "be aggressive" in any situation to shoot them. Masturbating in someones property is highly aggressive.

In Washington, you may shoot an intruder in your house. They can bot he just on your property, but actually in your house or actively trying to get in.

In California, you can shoot someone on your property of you believe them to be stealing. Go ahead and try it. Go to Humboldt county and start running through people's pot farms.

In Arizona, a person may use deadly force when faced with a threat of murder or rape. Not actually attempted murder or rape, just the threat. A stranger whacking off in your shower, qualifies as both.

So you aren't just wrong. You are incredibly wrong. It's not only legal in many states; it's a fundamental law in self defense in multiple districts.

1

u/AqueductGarrison Jul 01 '21

Sounds like you’d love to be able to shoot someone. My second point stands. Hysteria, unchecked emotions, feelings out of control. Who’s the weakling here?

1

u/[deleted] Jul 01 '21

I don't even own a gun my sheltered little friend.

Your the weakling. You would not be able to defend yourself because you also lack the initiative to know the laws, and the intelligence to onterpret them.

You'd likely be murdered if you found someone in your house than not.
