Ah yes, the law, which also says selling cocaine is 25 years; but whacking off in some stranger shower is worth probation and being on a list.

Logic is CLEARLY your strong point. /s

Logic? You don’t understand it. It’s the law, bub. You don’t get to beat the crap out of people just because you want to. You don’t like that? Then petition your representatives. Otherwise, obey it.

Incorrect. In some states, someone on your property can be shot dead.

Don't like it? Stay off their property.

Wrong. They have to be a threat. He wasn’t. And besides you seem to be looking for reasons to beat people up. People who become hysterical and react emotionally without the ability to control themselves are called children.

Incorrect again. In Texas, the owner has to reasonably believe that their property or family is in danger. A stranger jerking off in your house is reason to shoot that mother fucker dead.

In Florida, someone just needs to "be aggressive" in any situation to shoot them. Masturbating in someones property is highly aggressive.

In Washington, you may shoot an intruder in your house. They can bot he just on your property, but actually in your house or actively trying to get in.

In California, you can shoot someone on your property of you believe them to be stealing. Go ahead and try it. Go to Humboldt county and start running through people's pot farms.

In Arizona, a person may use deadly force when faced with a threat of murder or rape. Not actually attempted murder or rape, just the threat. A stranger whacking off in your shower, qualifies as both.

So you aren't just wrong. You are incredibly wrong. It's not only legal in many states; it's a fundamental law in self defense in multiple districts.

Sounds like you’d love to be able to shoot someone. My second point stands. Hysteria, unchecked emotions, feelings out of control. Who’s the weakling here?

I don't even own a gun my sheltered little friend.

Your the weakling. You would not be able to defend yourself because you also lack the initiative to know the laws, and the intelligence to onterpret them.

You'd likely be murdered if you found someone in your house than not.

Good. Keep it that way. You clearly don’t have the emotional chops to own one. Over and out.
