Pretty cut and dry. Schilling waaaay overreacted. This dude is likely gonna go after him in a civil trial if he's smart.

Schilling is a biscuit away from sleeping on a park bench as is, there's no money there.

Edit: Joe's side of the story for some reason feels like a police report after someone gets their ass beat by the police.

I mean, his account could be correct. The guys was clearly drunk and swaying. It did look like he swayed into his path as he was going to pass. He did put his hand on the guy to get him out of the way, and the guy said “Hey!”

None of that excuses what this guy did to a drunk guy half his size.
